A colorful program featuring FCC dance groups will be offered! Doors open for the Summer Carnival from 6:30 PM - Program begins at 8:00 PM. Afterwards, there will be dancing and celebrating. The atmosphere at FCC is brimming over - 20 years of carnival fever.
