Je zwei Bäder pro Wohnung, 1 Bad mit Badewanne und 1 Bad mit Dusche stehen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnungen bieten außerdem je eine möblierte 112 m² und 73 m² große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Kneipp-Kuranlage und umliegende Wanderwege. Die gemeinsame Dachterrasse ist von beiden Wohnungen aus separat zugänglich und hat eigene Sitz- und Essgelegenheiten. Die offenen Küchen sind mit Backofen, Tellerwärmer, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Kaffeevollautomat, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kochgeschirr, Essgeschirr, Besteck und mit Gläsern ausgestattet. Gaststätten, Cafés, Bäckereien mit Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und Geschäfte gibt es im Stadtzentrum, welches ca. 900 m entfernt ist. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass Kurtaxe in Höhe von 3,50 € (Kurtaxe für Kinder von 6 bis 16 Jahren beträgt 1,50 €) zu entrichten ist. Jedoch kann zum Beispiel das Sport-und Gesundheitsbad „TABBS“ 1,5h kostenfrei genutzt werden. Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, wie auch die Thüringer Waldbahn, nutzen Sie zum Teil kostenfrei, weiterhin gibt es noch andere Vergünstigungen.
