Der Kloß als Symbol der Thüringer Küche wird hier weiterentwickelt und ein Stück neu erfunden. Ein spezielles Herstellungsverfahren ermöglicht es, der Thüringer Spezialität neues Leben einzuhauchen und auf den neuen, modernen Markt anzupassen. Alle Kloßspezialitäten werden in Handarbeit in der kleinen Manufaktur in Gotha gefertigt und sind zu 100% vegan.

La boulette, symbole de la cuisine thuringienne, est ici développée et un peu réinventée. Un procédé de fabrication spécial permet d'insuffler une nouvelle vie à cette spécialité thuringienne et de l'adapter au nouveau marché moderne. Toutes les spécialités de Kloß sont fabriquées à la main dans la petite manufacture de Gotha et sont 100% végétaliennes.
