About: Klosterfest 2025: "Gesundheit heißt Freude - ein Hoch auf das Leben", Klosterfest 2025: "Health means joy - a toast to life"

In diesem Jahr dreht sich das Klosterfest um gesundheitliches Wohlergehen. Im Zentrum der Unterhaltung steht ein sportliches Mitmachprogramm mit allerlei Bewegungsangeboten für Jung und Alt. Zudem dürfen sich die Besucher auf Informations- und Aktionsstände freuen mit vielfältigen Angeboten freuen. Massagen werden angeboten, ebenso wie eine eine geführte, leichte Wanderung (Waldbaden), die um 14:30 Uhr startet. Zu jeder vollen Stunde gibt es Impulsvorträge zur Demenzprävention und Darmkrebsvorsorge. Ein dritter Vortrag will Mut machen und zeigen, dass sich Kranksein und Lebensqualität nicht ausschließen müssen. Gegen 18 Uhr klingt das Fest mit einer geführten Klangmeditation und einer Abschlussandacht aus.

This year, the monastery festival is all about health and well-being. At the heart of the entertainment is a hands-on sports program with all kinds of exercise options for young and old. Visitors can also look forward to information and activity stands with a wide range of offers. Massages will be offered, as well as a guided, easy hike (forest bathing), which starts at 2:30 pm. There will be keynote speeches on dementia prevention and bowel cancer screening every hour on the hour. A third lecture aims to encourage people and show that being ill and having a good quality of life do not have to be mutually exclusive. The festival ends at around 6 p.m. with a guided sound meditation and a closing prayer.
