Erstmals urkundlich im Jahr 1321 als Spital erwähnt, vereint das Haus heutzutage neben dem Senioren- und Pflegeheim eine Seniorentagespflege, den Julius Ambulanten Pflegedienst sowie das Juliusspital Betreute Wohnen Haus St. Michael auf einem großen Areal in der Altstadt von Münnerstadt. Das Senioren- und Pflegeheim Juliusspital bietet 70 Pflegeplätze in barrierefreien Einzel- oder Doppelzimmern. In der wohnlichen und gemütlichen Atmosphäre des Hauses fühlen sich Bewohner wohl. Dazu trägt außerdem der wunderschöne Innenhof mit ebenerdiger Gartenanlage und gut ausgebauten Gehwegen bei. Betreut werden Pflegebedürftige aller Pflegegrade in stationärer Pflege.
