Une viticulture en harmonie avec la nature Au pied du château médiéval de Leuchtenburg à Seitenroda, la famille Leichsering exploite depuis 2018 des vignobles historiques dans la région viticole de Saale-Unstrut selon des principes écologiques – un projet qui leur tient à cœur et qui trouve ses racines dans l'histoire viticole régionale. Sur deux hectares de terres cultivées de manière écologique, ces vignobles historiques produisent des vins de caractère à partir de cépages innovants et résistants aux champignons (PiWi). Ceux-ci ne nécessitent pratiquement aucun produit phytosanitaire et sont synonymes d'une production viticole durable de la plus haute qualité. Les vignobles comptent parmi les plus hauts d'Allemagne et sont entretenus avec amour à la main. Les vins sont élevés dans le domaine viticole Wolfram Proppe à Löberschütz, grâce à un travail minutieux en cave qui a déjà été récompensé à plusieurs reprises par des médailles d'or. La maison Leichsering organise également régulièrement des dégustations de vin, des dégustations et des fêtes dans les vignobles. À partir du mois d'août, un sentier viticole pédagogique viendra enrichir l'expérience sur place.
Weinbau im Einklang mit der Natur Am Fuße der mittelalterlichen Leuchtenburg in Seitenroda bewirtschaftet die Familie Leichsering seit 2018 historische Weinbergsflächen im Anbaugebiet Saale-Unstrut nach ökologischen Grundsätzen – ein Herzensprojekt mit Wurzeln in der regionalen Weinbaugeschichte. Auf den historischen Lagen entstehen auf zwei Hektar ökologisch gepflegter Fläche charaktervolle Weine aus innovativen, pilzwiderstandsfähigen Rebsorten (PiWi). Diese benötigen kaum Pflanzenschutzmittel und stehen für eine nachhaltige Weinproduktion auf höchstem Qualitätsniveau. Die Weinberge zählen zu den höchstgelegenen in Deutschland und werden in liebevoller Handarbeit gepflegt. Ausgebaut werden die Weine im Weingut Wolfram Proppe in Löberschütz – mit schonender Kellerarbeit, die bereits mehrfach mit Gold prämiert wurde. Das Weinhaus Leichsering lädt zudem regelmäßig zu Weinverkostungen, Ausschank und zum Weinbergfest ein. Ab August erweitert ein informativer Weinlehrpfad das Erlebnis vor Ort.
Wine growing in harmony with nature At the foot of the medieval Leuchtenburg Castle in Seitenroda, the Leichsering family has been cultivating historic vineyards in the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region according to ecological principles since 2018 – a project close to their hearts with roots in the region's wine-growing history. On two hectares of ecologically cultivated land in historic locations, characterful wines are produced from innovative, fungus-resistant grape varieties (PiWi). These require hardly any pesticides and stand for sustainable wine production of the highest quality. The vineyards are among the highest in Germany and are lovingly tended by hand. The wines are matured at the Wolfram Proppe winery in Löberschütz – with gentle cellar work that has already won several gold awards. The Leichsering wine house also regularly invites visitors to wine tastings, wine bars, and vineyard festivals. Starting in August, an informative wine trail will enhance the on-site experience.
