Das Geschwisterpaar hat sich vorgenommen landwirtschaftliche Produkte natürlich, artgerecht und umweltfreundlich zu produzieren. Frische Hühnereier bekommt man Dank der Beiden rund um die Uhr am Eierautomaten in Balgstädt. Dieser ist befüllt mit den Eiern, der Hühner, die auf den Zeddenbacher Wiesen leben und dort in mobilen Hühnerställen gehalten werden. Auch Rapsöle und Senf werden in eigenen Betrieb handwerklich hergestellt. Diese Produkte werden zusammen mit weiteren regionalen Produkten von Partnerunternehmen im selbst betriebenen Regiomaten in Balgstädt angeboten.

The siblings have set themselves the goal of producing agricultural products in a natural, species-appropriate, and environmentally friendly manner. Thanks to the two of them, fresh chicken eggs are available around the clock at the egg vending machine in Balgstädt. This machine is filled with eggs from chickens that live on the Zeddenbach meadows and are kept there in mobile chicken coops. Rapeseed oil and mustard are also produced by hand on their own farm. These products are offered together with other regional products from partner companies in the Regiomat in Balgstädt, which they operate themselves.
