Der Marktplatz liegt im Herzen des Altortes von Oberthulba. Einige Bänke laden zum Verweilen oder Pause machen ein. In der Mitte des Platzes steht ein Brunnen, welcher an heißen Tagen an Händen und Armen für Abkühlung sorgt. Am Rande des Platzes stehen drei Pkw-Stellplätze, ein E-Auto-Ladestellplatz sowie ein Kurzzeitparkplatz zur Verfügung. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite können drei E-Bikes geladen werden. Die nebenstehenden Fahrradständer ermöglichen es das Rad während der Ladezeit abzustellen. Zwei Informationstafeln am Rande des Marktplatzes informieren über die Rhönrundwanderwege sowie über die Radwanderwege in und um Oberthulba. Direkt am Marktplatz laufen die Extratour Thulbataler, der Rhön-Rundweg 9, der Rhön-Rundweg 3, der Rhön-Rundweg 2 sowie der Würzburger-Haus-Weg vorbei. Ebenfalls führt das offizielle Radwegenetz des Landkreises Bad Kissingen am Marktplatz entlang.
La place du marché se trouve au cœur du vieux village d'Oberthulba. Quelques bancs invitent à s'attarder ou à faire une pause. Au centre de la place se trouve une fontaine qui permet de se rafraîchir les mains et les bras les jours de grande chaleur. En bordure de la place, trois places de stationnement pour voitures, une place de recharge pour voitures électriques et une place de stationnement de courte durée sont disponibles. De l'autre côté, trois vélos électriques peuvent être rechargés. Les supports pour vélos situés à côté permettent de garer son vélo pendant le temps de charge. Deux panneaux d'information en bordure de la place du marché donnent des informations sur les circuits de randonnée de la Rhön ainsi que sur les pistes cyclables dans et autour d'Oberthulba. L'Extratour Thulbataler, le Rhön-Rundweg 9, le Rhön-Rundweg 3, le Rhön-Rundweg 2 ainsi que le Würzburger-Haus-Weg passent directement devant la place du marché. Le réseau officiel de pistes cyclables du district de Bad Kissingen passe également par la place du marché.
The market square is located in the heart of the old town of Oberthulba. Several benches invite you to linger or take a break. There is a fountain in the middle of the square, which provides cooling for hands and arms on hot days. At the edge of the square there are three parking spaces for cars, an electric car charging station and a short-term parking space. Three e-bikes can be charged on the opposite side. The adjacent bicycle stands allow bikes to be parked while charging. Two information boards at the edge of the market square provide information about the Rhön circular hiking trails and the cycle paths in and around Oberthulba. The Extratour Thulbataler, the Rhön-Rundweg 9, the Rhön-Rundweg 3, the Rhön-Rundweg 2 and the Würzburger-Haus-Weg run directly past the market square. The official cycle path network of the district of Bad Kissingen also runs past the market square.
