Experience the unique natural surroundings on a guided hike or bike tour. Take your family on a fun exploration tour along the Thousand Ponds Circular Trail or immerse yourself in the history of the region! Local restaurants serve up tried-and-tested and new culinary creations made from regional fish and game! Fishermen's festival – a special highlight during the fish and game weeks. When selected ponds are fished in October, the water is drained in advance through the connected system of ditches. During a very early morning walk, you may be lucky enough to witness the fishing of one of the many ponds and gain an insight into the fishing trade. Fishing dates: Milkau fishery: at the house pond with net haul and fishing on October 3 and 4, and at the Fürstenteich pond with net haul and fishing on October 31 and November 1. Semaines du poisson et du gibier au pays des mille étangs Semaines du poisson et du gibier au pays des mille étangs Du 1er au 31 octobre, venez profiter des traditionnelles semaines du poisson et du gibier dans le « pays aux mille étangs ». Découvrez une nature unique lors d'une randonnée guidée à pied ou à vélo. Partez en famille à la découverte du circuit des mille étangs ou plongez dans l'histoire de la région ! La gastronomie locale vous propose des créations culinaires traditionnelles et innovantes à base de poisson et de gibier régionaux ! La fête des pêcheurs – un moment fort des semaines du poisson et du gibier. En octobre, lorsque certains étangs sont pêchés, l'eau est préalablement évacuée par le système de fossés reliés entre eux. Lors d'une promenade très matinale, vous aurez peut-être la chance d'assister à la pêche dans l'un des nombreux étangs et de découvrir ainsi le métier de pêcheur. Bewährte und neue Genusskreationen aus regionalem Fisch und Wild kredenzt Ihnen die Gastronomie vor Ort! Fischerfest – ein besonderes Highlight während der Fisch- & Wildwochen. Wenn im Oktober ausgewählte Teiche gefischt werden, wird im Vorfeld das Wasser durch das verbundene Grabensystem abgelassen.
