Von der Saalebrücke im Ort gehen wir bergauf, vorbei am Campingplatz über die Bahnbrücke in Richtung Blankenstein. Kurz vor dem Ortsausgang wandern wir rechts den Anstieg, vorbei am Hochbehälter weiter Richtung Absang, mit tollem Ausblick auf Blankenberg, Berg und Blankenstein. Wir erreichen Bärwinkel, gehen am Gehöft links bergabwärts zum Moschwitzgrund, der ehemaligen innerdeutsche Grenze, jetzt „Grünes Band“. Im Talgrund wandern wir bis Dorschenmühle. Ab September kann hier eine Wiese mit Herbstzeitlosen bewundert werden. Nach kurzem Aufstieg erreichen wir die „Kießlinger Alm“, mit Ausblick aufs Moschwitztal. Dem Waldweg folgen wir bergauf durch Fichten- und jungen Mischwaldbestand mit Aussicht auf die Stadt Lichtenberg und die Frankenwaldregion. Am höchsten Punkt der Wanderung, Wiesbühl auf 624m, mit einer Fernsicht bis zum Ochsenkopf. Wir wandern ein kurzes Stück auf dem Rennsteig Richtung Blankenstein bis zur Sitzgruppe. Hier überqueren wir die Straße und laufen weiter Richtung Waldstück Matzbühl. Am Waldrand hat man einen Ausblick auf die Staudenwiese und das Saaletal bis zur Fürstenhöhe in Saalburg. Wir folgen dem Waldrand links entlang bergab bis zum nächsten Forstweg bis zur Ortsverbindungsstraße Bad Lobenstein/Harra. Nach ca. 200 m verlassen wir die Straße in Richtung Totenfels mit Aussicht auf die Alpensteigregion. Ein Abstecher zum Totenfelsen lohnt sich wegen der schönen Aussicht auf Harra und das Saaletal. Wir folgen dem Weg weiter bis zum Ausgangspunkt der Wanderung.

Au point le plus haut de la randonnée, Wiesbühl à 624m, avec une vue au loin jusqu'à Ochsenkopf. ; Nous marchons un petit bout de chemin sur le Rennsteig en direction de Blankenstein jusqu'au groupe de sièges. Ici, nous traversons la route et continuons en direction de Waldstück Matzbühl. A la lisière de la forêt, on a une vue sur la prairie d'arbustes et la vallée de la Saale jusqu'à la Fürstenhöhe à Saalburg. Nous suivons la lisière de la forêt en descendant sur la gauche jusqu'au prochain chemin forestier jusqu'à la route de liaison locale Bad Lobenstein/Harra. Après environ 200 m, nous quittons la route en direction de Totenfels avec vue sur la région des Alpensteig. Un détour par le Totenfelsen vaut la peine pour la vue magnifique sur Harra et la vallée de la Saale. Nous continuons à suivre le chemin jusqu'au point de départ de la randonnée.

Here we cross the road and continue towards Waldstück Matzbühl. At the edge of the forest you have a view of the perennial meadow and the Saale valley up to the Fürstenhöhe in Saalburg. We follow the edge of the forest to the left downhill to the next forest road to the Bad Lobenstein/Harra road. After about 200 m, we leave the road in the direction of Totenfels with view of the Alpensteig region. A detour to Totenfelsen is worthwhile because of the beautiful view of Harra and the Saale valley. We continue to follow the trail to the starting point of the hike.

<p style="margin : 0cm 0cm 0pt ;"><span style="font-family : Times New Roman ; font-size : medium ;">Du pont de la Saale dans le village, nous montons, passons devant le camping et suivons le pont de la voie ferrée en direction de Blankenstein.</span></p>
<p style="margin : 0cm 0cm 0pt ;"><span style="font-family : Times New Roman ; font-size : medium ;"> Juste avant la sortie du village, nous prenons la montée à droite, passons devant le Hochbehälter et continuons en direction de l'Absang, avec une vue magnifique sur Blankenberg, Berg et Blankenstein.</span></p>
<p style="margin : 0cm 0cm 0pt ;"><span style="font-family : Times New Roman ; font-size : medium ;">Nous arrivons à Bärwinkel, nous descendons à gauche au Gehöft vers le Moschwitzgrund, l'ancienne frontière interallemande, maintenant „Gr¨nes Band&ldquo ;.</span></p>
<p style="margin : 0cm 0cm 0pt ;"><span style="font-family : Times New Roman ; font-size : medium ;">Dans le fond de la vallée, nous nous promenons jusqu'à Dorschenmühle. A partir de septembre, on peut y admirer une prairie de colchiques d'automne</span></p>.
<p style="margin : 0cm 0cm 0pt ;"><span style="font-family : Times New Roman ; font-size : medium ;">Après une courte montée, nous atteignons la „Kie;linger Alm&ldquo ;, avec vue sur la vallée de Moschwitz.</span></p>
<p style="margin : 0cm 0cm 0pt ;"><span style="font-family : Times New Roman ; font-size : medium ;">Nous suivons le chemin forestier en montée à travers les épicéas et les jeunes forêts mixtes avec vue sur la ville de Lichtenberg et la région de Frankenwald. Au point le plus haut de la randonnée, Wiesbühl à 624m, avec une vue au loin jusqu'à Ochsenkopf.<span style="mso-spacerun : yes ;">&nbsp ; </span>Nous marchons un petit bout de chemin sur le Rennsteig en direction de Blankenstein jusqu'au groupe de sièges. Ici, nous traversons la route et continuons en direction de Waldstück Matzbühl. <span style="mso-spacerun : yes ;"> </span>A la lisière de la forêt, on a une vue sur la prairie d'arbustes et la vallée de la Saale jusqu'à la Fürstenhöhe à Saalburg.</span></p>
<p style="margin : 0cm 0cm 0pt ;"><span style="font-family : Times New Roman ; font-size : medium ;">Nous suivons la lisière de la forêt en descendant sur la gauche jusqu'au prochain chemin forestier jusqu'à la route de liaison locale Bad Lobenstein/Harra. Après environ 200 m, nous quittons la route en direction de <span style="mso-spacerun : yes ;"> </span>Totenfels avec <span style="mso-spacerun : yes ;"> </span>vue sur la région des <span style="mso-spacerun : yes ;"> </span>Alpensteig.</span></p>
<p style="margin : 0cm 0cm 0pt ;"><span style="font-family : Times New Roman ; font-size : medium ;">Un détour par le Totenfelsen vaut la peine pour la vue magnifique sur Harra et la vallée de la Saale.</span></p>
