Im schattigen Lanitztal wachsen zahlreiche, teilweise seltene Pflanzen- und Orchideenarten. Verlässt man das schattige Tal, kommt man ins sachsen-anhaltische Rehehausen. 1806 war das gesamte Gebiet um Bad Sulza, Rehehausen und Auerstedt einer der zentralen Orte der Schlacht von Jena - Auerstedt, in der sich preußische und französische Truppen gegenüberstanden. Bei einer Wanderung durch das Lanitztal sollte auch ein Abstecher nach Sonnendorf ins Thüringer Weingut Bad Sulza nicht fehlen. Regionale Weine können verkostet und direkt vor Ort erworben werden. Mit etwas Glück kommt man sogar mit Winzer Andreas Clauß  ins Gespräch.</p> <p>Zurück geht es dann zum Startpunkt und einmal in Bad Sulza bietet sich natürlich auch ein Besuch der Kur- und Weinstadt an. Bekannt ist diese vor allem für die Toskana Therme mit Saunawelt und dem Liquid Sound Tempel oder auch dem Gradierwerk „Louise“ mit der einmaligen Inhalations- und Zerstäuberhalle.  Und auch der historische Kurpark mit der Trinkhalle lädt zu einem weiteren kleinen Spaziergang ein.</p>

Verlässt man das schattige Tal, kommt man ins sachsen-anhaltische Rehehausen. 1806 war das gesamte Gebiet um Bad Sulza, Rehehausen und Auerstedt einer der zentralen Orte der Schlacht von Jena - Auerstedt, in der sich preußische und französische Truppen gegenüberstanden. Bei einer Wanderung durch das Lanitztal sollte auch ein Abstecher nach Sonnendorf ins Thüringer Weingut Bad Sulza nicht fehlen. Regionale Weine können verkostet und direkt vor Ort erworben werden. Mit etwas Glück kommt man sogar mit Winzer Andreas Clauß  ins Gespräch. Zurück geht es dann zum Startpunkt und einmal in Bad Sulza bietet sich natürlich auch ein Besuch der Kur- und Weinstadt an. Bekannt ist diese vor allem für die Toskana Therme mit Saunawelt und dem Liquid Sound Tempel oder auch dem Gradierwerk „Louise“ mit der einmaligen Inhalations- und Zerstäuberhalle.  Und auch der historische Kurpark mit der Trinkhalle lädt zu einem weiteren kleinen Spaziergang ein.
