schema:value @de Die Wanderung beginnt in Dietlas an der Dorflinde beim Schloss.  Hier geht man die Dorfstraße nach oben. Hierbei können wir der Wegmarkierung weißes Feld mit grünem Winkel bis nach Martinroda folgen. Am Ende der Dorfstraße hält man sich etwas rechts und geht den Martinrodaer Weg nach oben in den Wald. Von hier beginnt der beschwerlichste Anstieg der Wanderung bis auf die Martinröder Höhe. Nach ca. 30 Minuten bergauf kommt die erste überdachte Sitzgelegenheit, die zur ersten Rast einlädt und von der man eine gute Aussicht hat. Wenn man im Dorf angelangt ist, orientiert man sich an der Wegmarkierung weißes Feld mit offenem, grünem Zapfen. Diese begleitet uns bis nach Menzengraben. Wenn  man Martinroda verlässt, läuft man eine Zeit am Waldrand entlang und dann im Wald. Vom Ortsausgang Martinroda kommt man nach ca. 1,2 km an eine Waldkreuzung, an der man nach links abbiegt. Von dort aus sind es 400 m bis zur Martinrodaer Hütte, einem Rastplatz mit massivem Unterstand. Nach einer kurzen Rast überqueren wir die Waldkreuzung und man läuft talwärts (Achtung: Leider fehlt hier die vorher erwähnte Wegmarkierung  weißes Feld mit offenem grünen Zapfen!  ) in Richtung Menzengraben. Wenn man aus dem Wald kommt, hält man sich ca. 600 m rechts und dann biegt man links ab. Auf der linken Seite sieht man die alten Kalischachtanlagen und rechts sind Aufzuchtteiche sowie eine Gaststätte, in die man einkehren kann. Danach geht man in Richtung Hauptstraße (L 1022). Vor dem Bahnübergang biegt man nach links ab und folgt dem Fahrradweg bis nach Dietlas. In Dietlas begibt man sich dann auf den Gehweg, der parallel zur Hauptstraße verläuft. Diesen geht man gerade aus ca. 900 m vorbei an einem Solarpark. Dann biegt man nach links in Richtung Ortskern und man kommt wieder zum Startpunkt.

À la fin de la rue du village, on garde légèrement la droite et on prend le chemin de Martinroda en montée dans la forêt. C'est à partir de là que commence la montée la plus difficile de la randonnée jusqu'au sommet de Martinröder Höhe. Après environ 30 minutes de montée, on trouve le premier banc couvert, invitant à une première pause, avec une belle vue. Une fois arrivé au village, on suit le balisage "champ blanc avec pomme de pin verte ouverte". Celui-ci nous accompagne jusqu'à Menzengraben. En quittant Martinroda, on marche un moment le long de la lisière de la forêt, puis en forêt. Depuis la sortie du village de Martinroda, on atteint après environ 1,2 km une croisée des chemins forestiers où l'on tourne à gauche. De là, il reste 400 m jusqu'à la cabane de Martinroda, un lieu de repos avec un abri massif. Après une courte pause, on traverse la croisée des chemins et on descend la vallée (attention : le balisage mentionné précédemment "champ blanc avec pomme de pin verte ouverte" manque malheureusement ici !) en direction de Menzengraben. En sortant de la forêt, on garde environ 600 m sur la droite, puis on tourne à gauche. Sur la gauche, on voit les anciennes mines de potasse et sur la droite, des bassins d’élevage ainsi qu'un restaurant où l'on peut s'arrêter. Ensuite, on se dirige vers la route principale (L 1022). Avant le passage à niveau, on tourne à gauche puis on suit la piste cyclable jusqu'à Dietlas. À Dietlas, on prend le trottoir parallèlement à la route principale. On continue tout droit sur environ 900 m, en passant devant un parc solaire. Puis on tourne à gauche en direction du centre du village et on revient au point de départ.

Wenn man im Dorf angelangt ist, orientiert man sich an der Wegmarkierung weißes Feld mit offenem, grünem Zapfen. Diese begleitet uns bis nach Menzengraben. Wenn  man Martinroda verlässt, läuft man eine Zeit am Waldrand entlang und dann im Wald. Vom Ortsausgang Martinroda kommt man nach ca. 1,2 km an eine Waldkreuzung, an der man nach links abbiegt. Von dort aus sind es 400 m bis zur Martinrodaer Hütte, einem Rastplatz mit massivem Unterstand. Nach einer kurzen Rast überqueren wir die Waldkreuzung und man läuft talwärts (Achtung: Leider fehlt hier die vorher erwähnte Wegmarkierung  weißes Feld mit offenem grünen Zapfen!  ) in Richtung Menzengraben. Wenn man aus dem Wald kommt, hält man sich ca. 600 m rechts und dann biegt man links ab. Auf der linken Seite sieht man die alten Kalischachtanlagen und rechts sind Aufzuchtteiche sowie eine Gaststätte, in die man einkehren kann. Danach geht man in Richtung Hauptstraße (L 1022). Vor dem Bahnübergang biegt man nach links ab und folgt dem Fahrradweg bis nach Dietlas. In Dietlas begibt man sich dann auf den Gehweg, der parallel zur Hauptstraße verläuft. Diesen geht man gerade aus ca. 900 m vorbei an einem Solarpark. Dann biegt man nach links in Richtung Ortskern und man kommt wieder zum Startpunkt.

On peut suivre le balisage "champ blanc avec angle vert" jusqu'à Martinroda. À la fin de la rue du village, on garde légèrement la droite et on prend le chemin de Martinroda en montée dans la forêt. C'est à partir de là que commence la montée la plus difficile de la randonnée jusqu'au sommet de Martinröder Höhe. Après environ 30 minutes de montée, on trouve le premier banc couvert, invitant à une première pause, avec une belle vue. Une fois arrivé au village, on suit le balisage "champ blanc avec pomme de pin verte ouverte". Celui-ci nous accompagne jusqu'à Menzengraben. En quittant Martinroda, on marche un moment le long de la lisière de la forêt, puis en forêt. Depuis la sortie du village de Martinroda, on atteint après environ 1,2 km une croisée des chemins forestiers où l'on tourne à gauche. De là, il reste 400 m jusqu'à la cabane de Martinroda, un lieu de repos avec un abri massif. Après une courte pause, on traverse la croisée des chemins et on descend la vallée (attention : le balisage mentionné précédemment "champ blanc avec pomme de pin verte ouverte" manque malheureusement ici !) en direction de Menzengraben. En sortant de la forêt, on garde environ 600 m sur la droite, puis on tourne à gauche. Sur la gauche, on voit les anciennes mines de potasse et sur la droite, des bassins d’élevage ainsi qu'un restaurant où l'on peut s'arrêter. Ensuite, on se dirige vers la route principale (L 1022). Avant le passage à niveau, on tourne à gauche puis on suit la piste cyclable jusqu'à Dietlas. À Dietlas, on prend le trottoir parallèlement à la route principale. On continue tout droit sur environ 900 m, en passant devant un parc solaire. Puis on tourne à gauche en direction du centre du village et on revient au point de départ.

From here begins the most strenuous ascent of the hike up to the Martinröder Höhe. After about 30 minutes of climbing, you reach the first covered seating area, inviting for the first rest and offering a good view. Upon arriving in the village, orient yourself by the trail marker white field with open green pine cone. This accompanies us to Menzengraben. When leaving Martinroda, you walk for a while along the forest edge and then inside the forest. About 1.2 km from the outskirts of Martinroda, you reach a forest junction where you turn left. From there, it is 400 m to the Martinroda hut, a rest area with a sturdy shelter. After a short rest, cross the forest junction and walk downhill (Attention: unfortunately the previously mentioned trail marker white field with open green pine cone is missing here!) in the direction of Menzengraben. When exiting the forest, keep right for about 600 m and then turn left. On the left side, you can see the old potash mine facilities and on the right there are fish breeding ponds and a restaurant where you can stop. Then you head towards the main road (L 1022). Just before the railway crossing, turn left and follow the cycle path to Dietlas. In Dietlas, take the sidewalk running parallel to the main road. Continue straight for about 900 m past a solar park. Then turn left towards the village center and return to the starting point.
