Le parcours circulaire passe par des lieux marqués par l'ancienne exploitation potassique. L'exception est la petite ville de Stadtlengsfeld, connue pour son établissement de cure installé dans l'ancien château de la ville. En ville, on trouve de petits restaurants où il est possible de s'arrêter. De Stadtlengsfeld, le parcours se dirige vers Merkers, cette section est très exigeante en raison de la montée et des mauvais sentiers forestiers. À Merkers, il est possible de visiter une mine musée, qui vaut vraiment le détour. Cependant, la visite dure plusieurs heures et, en raison du nombre limité de visiteurs, une inscription est généralement nécessaire. Le chemin de retour est alors plus détendu.

The circular hiking trail passes through places marked by the former potash mining. The exception is the small town of Stadtlengsfeld, known for its spa facility in the former town castle. In the town itself, you can find small inns where you can stop for a meal. From Stadtlengsfeld, the route goes to Merkers, a section that is very demanding because of the ascent and the poor forest paths. In Merkers, it is possible to visit a show mine, which is very worth seeing. However, the tour takes several hours and usually requires registration due to limited visitor numbers. The return route is then more relaxed.

Der Rundwanderweg führt durch Orte, die durch den  ehmaligen Kalibergbau gezeichnet sind. Ausnahme ist das Städtchen Stadtlengsfeld, diese Stadt ist bekannt durch seine Kureinrichtung im ehemaligen Schloss der Stadt. In der Stadt selber findet man kleine Gastätten, in denen man einkehren kann. Von Stadtlengsfeld aus geht es nach Merkers, dieser Abschnitt ist sehr anspruchsvoll durch den Anstieg und die schlechten Waldwege. In Merkers wäre es möglich, ein Schaubergwerk zu besuchen, was sehr sehenswert ist. Aber die Führung geht mehrere Stunden und meist ist durch die begrenzteBesucheranzahl, eine Anmeldung erforderlich. Der Rückweg ist dann wieder entspannter.

Hier biegt man nach rechts ab und geht die Dorfstraße nach oben bis zum Langen Acker, den man entlang geht.  An der Straße befinden sich die alten Werkshäuser, die zum größten Teil von ihren Eigentümer saniert worden sind. Am Ende der Straße kommt man in den Wald, der große Buchenbestände besitzt. Dieser Waldweg führt direkt nach Menzengraben, vorbei  an der alten Schachtanlage bis zur einer Weggabelung, wo sich links die alten  Fabrikgebäude  befinden. Hier kann man nach links abbiegen, um zu einer Gaststätte zu kommen oder man geht geradeaus weiter in Richtung Stadtlengsfeld. Nach einer Zeit kommt man auf einen befestigten Fuß- und Radweg, der uns dann bis nach Stadtlengsfeld führt. Bevor man in die Stadt kommt, überquert man den Fluss bei einer Fußgängerbrücke und biegt nach rechts ab. Dieser Weg führt parallel am Stadtlengsfelder Schloss ( eine bekannte  Kureinrichtung dieser Region ) vorbei bis zur Gemeindeverwaltung (Touristeninformation). Nun geht man die Einbahnstraße nach oben und biegt nach links ab. Dann  läuft man parallel zur Hauptstraße entlang bis zur Tankstelle. Nach dem  Überqueren der Straße läuft man ca. 100 m die andere Straße  hinauf bis zu einem  Einfamilienhaus. Zwischen dem Autohaus und dem Einfamilienhaus führt ein Weg hinauf, der bis zum Wald verläuft. Vom Waldrand aus beginnt nun ein steiler Aufstieg durch den Wald bis zum Kammweg, oben angekommen geht man nach links und nach einer kurzen Wegstrecke nach rechts. Von hier aus geht es meist bergab bis Merkers ( Merkers ist bekannt auch durch sein Schaubergwerk, erkennbar an den Kaliförderkörben mitten im Ort ) . In Merkers hält man sich links und folgt der Wegmarkierung weißes Feld mit grünen Dreieck bis Dorndorf . Ab Dorndorf wechselt man auf die Wergmarkierung weißes Feld mit grünen Punkt, die bis zum Ausgangspunkt führt.

Ce chemin passe parallèlement au château de Stadtlengsfeld (un établissement de cure connu dans la région) jusqu'à la mairie (office de tourisme). Ensuite, on monte la rue à sens unique et tourne à gauche. Puis on marche parallèlement à la rue principale jusqu'à la station-service. Après avoir traversé la rue, on monte environ 100 m dans l'autre rue jusqu'à une maison individuelle. Un chemin mène entre le garage automobile et la maison individuelle jusqu'à la forêt. Du bord de la forêt commence alors une montée raide à travers les bois jusqu'au chemin de crête, en haut, on tourne à gauche, puis après un court trajet à droite. De là, on descend principalement vers Merkers (connu aussi pour sa mine musée, reconnaissable aux cages d'ascenseur des mines de potasse en plein centre). À Merkers, on tourne à gauche et suit le balisage champ blanc avec triangle vert jusqu'à Dorndorf. À partir de Dorndorf, on suit le balisage champ blanc avec point vert qui mène au point de départ.

Avant d'entrer dans la ville, on traverse la rivière par un pont piéton et tourne à droite. Ce chemin passe parallèlement au château de Stadtlengsfeld (un établissement de cure connu dans la région) jusqu'à la mairie (office de tourisme). Ensuite, on monte la rue à sens unique et tourne à gauche. Puis on marche parallèlement à la rue principale jusqu'à la station-service. Après avoir traversé la rue, on monte environ 100 m dans l'autre rue jusqu'à une maison individuelle. Un chemin mène entre le garage automobile et la maison individuelle jusqu'à la forêt. Du bord de la forêt commence alors une montée raide à travers les bois jusqu'au chemin de crête, en haut, on tourne à gauche, puis après un court trajet à droite. De là, on descend principalement vers Merkers (connu aussi pour sa mine musée, reconnaissable aux cages d'ascenseur des mines de potasse en plein centre). À Merkers, on tourne à gauche et suit le balisage champ blanc avec triangle vert jusqu'à Dorndorf. À partir de Dorndorf, on suit le balisage champ blanc avec point vert qui mène au point de départ.

Here you turn right and walk up the village street to the Langen Acker, which you follow. Along the street, there are old workshop houses, most of which have been renovated by their owners. This forest path leads directly to Menzengraben, past the old shaft system to a fork in the path where the old factory buildings are located to the left. Here, you can turn left to reach a guesthouse or continue straight ahead towards Stadtlengsfeld. After some time, you reach a paved pedestrian and cycle path that leads us to Stadtlengsfeld. Before entering the town, you cross the river at a pedestrian bridge and turn right. This path runs parallel to the Stadtlengsfeld castle (a well-known spa facility in the region) past the municipal administration (tourist information). Now you go up the one-way street and turn left. Then you walk parallel to the main road to the gas station. After crossing the street, walk about 100 m up the other street to a single-family house. Between the car dealership and the single-family house, a path leads up to the forest. From the edge of the forest, a steep ascent through the forest begins to the ridge trail; once at the top, turn left and after a short distance turn right. From here, it mostly goes downhill to Merkers (which is also known for its show mine, recognizable by the potash mine carts in the middle of the town). In Merkers, keep left and follow the trail marker white field with green triangle to Dorndorf. From Dorndorf, switch to the trail marker white field with green dot, which leads back to the starting point.
