Der für verschiedenste Veranstaltungen genutzte Schlosspark in Seidingstadt erinnert noch heute an den einstigen Glanz des damaligen Jagdschlosses der Herzöge von Sachsen-Hildburghausen. Hier geboren, verlebte Prinzessin Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen – spätere Königin von Bayern und Namensgeberin für das Theresienfest / Oktoberfest in München – ihre Jugend. Dabei denkt wohl kaum einer beim jährlichen Oktoberfest an das kleine Seidingstadt im Rodachtal.

Le parc du château de Seidingstadt, utilisé pour diverses manifestations, rappelle encore aujourd'hui la splendeur passée de l'ancien château de chasse des ducs de Saxe-Hildburghausen. Née ici, la princesse Therese de Saxe-Hildburghausen – future reine de Bavière et donneuse de nom à la fête de Thérèse / Oktoberfest de Munich – y a passé sa jeunesse. Peu de gens pensent probablement au petit Seidingstadt dans la vallée de la Rodach lors de la fête annuelle de l'Oktoberfest.

The castle park in Seidingstadt, used for various events, still recalls the former splendour of the hunting lodge of the Dukes of Saxe-Hildburghausen. Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen – later Queen of Bavaria and name giver for the Theresienfest / Oktoberfest in Munich – spent her youth here.
