Alle prüfrelevanten Bereiche erfüllen die Qualitätskriterien der Kennzeichnung „Barrierefreiheit geprüft – teilweise barrierefrei für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung“.
Einige Hinweise zur Barrierefreiheit haben wir nachfolgend zusammengestellt. Detaillierte Angaben finden Sie im Prüfbericht.
* Es gibt einen gekennzeichneten Parkplatz für Menschen mit Behinderung in der Tiefgarage (Stellplatzgröße: 420 cm x 600 cm).
* Der Weg vor den Eingängen ist leicht begeh- und befahrbar und hat eine maximale Längsneigung von 6 %.
* Die Gelände sind stufenlos zugänglich.
* Außenwege sind mindestens 150 cm breit.
* Alle für den Gast nutzbaren und erhobenen Räume und Einrichtungen sind stufenlos über Rampen oder einen Aufzug zugänglich. Ausnahme: der Gewölbekeller ist nur über 18 Stufen zugänglich.
* Die mobile Rampe zum Brauhaus hat eine maximale Neigung von 6 % und eine Gesamtlänge von 1,20 m.
* Die Aufzugkabine im Hotel La Villa ist 90 cm x 140 cm groß.
* Alle für den Gast nutzbaren und erhobenen Türen/Durchgänge sind mindestens 90 cm breit.
* Die Rezeption ist 112 cm hoch. Es ist eine andere, gleichwertige Kommunikationsmöglichkeit im Sitzen vorhanden.
* In den Restaurants (Brauhaus Restaurant Malztenne und Restaurant LEO) sind unterfahrbare Tische vorhanden (Maximalhöhe 80 cm, Unterfahrbarkeit in einer Höhe von 67 cm und einer Tiefe von 30 cm).
ZIMMER 108 (DOPPELZIMMER IM ALTBAU)

* Der Altbau ist über den Neubau stufenlos zugängig.
