Die angebotenen Strecken haben verschiedene Schwierigkeitsgrade und werden auch zu Trainings- und Wettkampfzwecken vom Skiclub Steinheid e.V. (Nachwuchsförderung Ski-Langlauf) genutzt.Jede der vier Strecken knüpft einander an und kann je nach fahrerischem Können als kurze oder lange, leichte oder schwierigere Route gewählt werden.Skating-Fahrer kommen entlang der Wettkampstrecke I auf ihre Kosten.

Les parcours proposés ont différents niveaux de difficulté et sont également utilisés à des fins d'entraînement et de compétition par le Skiclub Steinheid e.V. (promotion des jeunes en ski de fond). Chacun des quatre parcours se connecte aux autres et peut être choisi comme route courte ou longue, facile ou plus difficile, selon les compétences du cycliste. Les pratiquants du skating peuvent profiter du parcours de compétition I.

The offered routes have different levels of difficulty and are also used for training and competition purposes by the Ski Club Steinheid e.V. (Youth promotion cross-country skiing). Each of the four routes connects to the others and can be chosen as a short or long, easy or more difficult route depending on riding skill. Skating riders will enjoy the competition route I.

Von der A9 kommend Abfahrt 26 (Triptis) und weiter auf der B281 ca. 78 km Richtung Neuhaus am Rennweg. Sie fahren der B281 durch Neuhaus (Richtung Eisfeld) entlang. In Steinheid biegen Sie an der ersten Kreuzung, nach rechts in den Schanzweg ab. Nach ca. 300m am Ende der Straße befindet sich der Parkplatz am Sportplatz. Von der A71 kommend Abfahrt 15 (Ilmenau - Ost) und weiter auf der B88 ca. 29 km in Richtung Gehren. An der Ampel in Gehren, rechts abbiegen, auf die L1047  und dieser ca. 28 km folgen.  In Neuhaus am Rennweg angekomemn, folgen Sie der B281 (Richtung Eisfeld) für ca.  9 km. In Steinheid biegen Sie an der ersten Kreuzung, nach rechts in den Schanzweg ab. Nach ca. 300m am Ende der Straße befindet sich der Parkplatz am Sportplatz.

Nach ca. 300m am Ende der Straße befindet sich der Parkplatz am Sportplatz.</p> <p>Von der A9 kommend Abfahrt 26 (Triptis) und weiter auf der B281 ca. 78 km Richtung Neuhaus am Rennweg. Sie fahren der B281 durch Neuhaus (Richtung Eisfeld) entlang. In Steinheid biegen Sie an der ersten Kreuzung, nach rechts in den Schanzweg ab. Nach ca. 300m am Ende der Straße befindet sich der Parkplatz am Sportplatz.</p> <p>Von der A71 kommend Abfahrt 15 (Ilmenau - Ost) und weiter auf der B88 ca. 29 km in Richtung Gehren. An der Ampel in Gehren, rechts abbiegen, auf die L1047  und dieser ca. 28 km folgen.  In Neuhaus am Rennweg angekomemn, folgen Sie der B281 (Richtung Eisfeld) für ca.  9 km. In Steinheid biegen Sie an der ersten Kreuzung, nach rechts in den Schanzweg ab. Nach ca. 300m am Ende der Straße befindet sich der Parkplatz am Sportplatz.</p>
