About: Sömmerda - Alperstedter See, Sömmerda - Alperstedt Lake, Sömmerda - Lac d'Alperstedt

Der vergleichweise kurze Radttrip beinhaltet faktisch alle Landschaftsbestandteile die typisch sind für das Thüringer Becken. Aus der Unstrutaue heraus geht es über den Ackerhügel bei Schallenburg, von dem aus sich ein beachtliches Panorama bietet. Vom mit 190m höchsten Streckenpunkt geht es direkt in das Alperstedter Ried, dem größten Durchströmungsmoor Thüringens, wo Wasserbüffel, Exmoor-Ponys und eine artenreiche Pflanzen- und Vogelwelt zuhause sind.  Der Alperstedter See ist ein Naherholungsziel am Rande der Landeshauptstadt mit enormer Ereignisdichte: Segeln, Surfen, Tauchen, Baden, Kanufahren sind hier möglich. Kulinarisch-kulturell laden gleich drei gastronomische Einrichtungen am östlichen Strandabschnitt ein. Zwei Badestrände bieten eine ausgezeichnete Wasserqualität in dem bis zu 6m tiefen Kiessee.  Innerhalb der nächsten 30 Jahre wird sich das Seen-Areal deutlich vegrößern und neben der Erholung auch Tieren und Pflanzen neue Rückzugsräume eröffnen.

Ce parcours à vélo relativement court comprend pratiquement tous les éléments paysagers typiques du bassin de Thuringe. Depuis la plaine inondable de l'Unstrut, on passe par la colline cultivée près de Schallenburg, qui offre un panorama impressionnant. Depuis le point culminant du parcours à 190 m, on descend directement vers le marais d'Alperstedt, le plus grand marais fluviomarin de Thuringe, où vivent des buffles d'eau, des poneys d'Exmoor ainsi qu'une flore et une avifaune riches et variées.  Le lac d'Alperstedt est une destination de loisirs près de la capitale régionale, avec une grande diversité d’activités : voile, surf, plongée, baignade, canoë y sont possibles. Sur la partie orientale de la plage, trois établissements gastronomiques invitent à la détente. Deux plages offrent une excellente qualité d'eau dans ce lac de gravier profond jusqu'à 6 m.  Au cours des 30 prochaines années, la zone lacustre va s'agrandir considérablement, offrant de nouveaux refuges pour les animaux et les plantes en plus des possibilités de loisirs.

The comparatively short bike trip virtually includes all landscape components typical for the Thuringian Basin. From the Unstrut floodplain, it goes over the field hill near Schallenburg, from where there is an impressive panorama. From the highest point at 190m, it goes directly into the Alperstedt reed, the largest flowing moor in Thuringia, home to water buffalo, Exmoor ponies and a diverse plant and bird world.  The Alperstedt Lake is a local recreation destination on the outskirts of the state capital with a high density of events: sailing, surfing, diving, swimming, canoeing are possible here. Culinary and cultural attractions invite you at three gastronomic establishments on the eastern beach section. Two bathing beaches offer excellent water quality in the gravel lake up to 6m deep.  Within the next 30 years, the lake area will significantly expand and, in addition to recreation, open new retreat spaces for animals and plants.
