Gleich rechterhand haben wir die <strong>Freizeitanlage</strong> am Walfischteich. Dort befindet sich eine turnierfähige 18-Loch-<strong>Minigolfanlage</strong>. Auch Bootsfahrten und ein Übersetzen mit einem Floß sind möglich. Im Sommer wird ein <strong>Biergarten</strong> vom „Gasthof zum Walfisch“ mit betrieben. Bei der Kreuzstraße biegen wir rechts ab und gehen auf gelber Markierung über den Zwotabach und Bahnlinie zur Erlbacher Straße weiter, bis wir den Höhensteig Klingenthal mit grüner Markierung erreichen und setzen dort unseren Weg bis zum Friedhof Zwota fort.</p> <p>Wir bleiben auf dem Höhensteig (grün) vorbei an einem ehemaligen Schieferbruch (einstmals befand sich dort eine Sprungschanze für den Zwotaer Springernachwuchs) bis zum Hüttenbachtal.</p> <p>An dieser Stelle verlassen wir den Höhensteig Klingenthal und überqueren rechts den Hüttenbach auf gelber Markierung und erreichen den Götzenberg (729 m). Am Hang dieses Berges befand sich auch eine <strong>Sprungschanze</strong>.</p> <p>Wenn wir von dort unseren Weg auf gelb weiter Richtung Bolzplatz Zwota-Zechenbach fortsetzen, kommen wie an der ehemaligen Pizzeria „Francesco“ vorbei, die nur wenige Meter unterhalb unseres Weges liegt.</p> <p>Wir kommen wieder auf den <strong>Höhensteig Klingenthal</strong> (grün), vorbei am Ferienhotel „Zwotatal“ und erreichen die Neue Welt.</p> <p>Anschließend gehen wir auf dem Querweg über die Bahnlinie und den Zwotabach bis zur Bergstraße 28. Dort verlassen wir den Höhensteig Klingenthal und wandern auf dieser Straße weiter bis zum Haltepunkt Zwota-Zechenbach der Vogtlandbahn. Dabei kommen wir an der ehemaligen Zechenbacher <strong>Schule</strong> und dem <strong>Kriegerdenkmal</strong> vorbei.</p> <p>Wir erreichen den Haltepunkt der <strong>Vogtlandbahn</strong> in Zwota-Zechenbach. Rechts sehen wir ein rotes Ziegelgebäude. Hier stand früher eine Schneidmühle (Kehrmühle), die 1900 abbrannte und als Wohnhaus wieder aufgebaut wurde. Ca. 150 m vorher befand sich der Mühlteich.</p> <p>Weiter geht es auf dem Alten Weg, vorbei am <strong>Knockhof</strong> (eines der wenigen erhaltenen Fachwerkhäuser Zwotas) bis zum Zentrum des Ortes. Dabei sehen wir rechts im Tal das Rathaus. Dies wurde auf Eichenpfählen im Blechteich des ehemaligen Hammerwerkes gebaut. </p> <p>Bald erreichen wir die Markneukirchner Straße, wo sich rechts die <strong>Landbäckerei</strong> Behrendt mit Café befindet. Wir kommen nach einigen Metern zum Hammerplatz mit dem „Gasthof Zwota“ und beenden unsere Wanderung auf dem Wanderparkplatz. </p>

Là, nous quittons le Höhensteig Klingenthal et continuons sur cette rue jusqu'à l'arrêt Zwota-Zechenbach de la Vogtlandbahn. Nous passons alors devant l'ancienne <strong>école</strong> de Zechenbach et le <strong>monument aux morts</strong>.</p> <p>Nous atteignons l'arrêt de la <strong>Vogtlandbahn</strong> à Zwota-Zechenbach. À droite, nous voyons un bâtiment en briques rouges. Là se trouvait autrefois une scierie (Kehrmühle) qui a brûlé en 1900 et a été reconstruite en maison d'habitation. Environ 150 m avant se trouvait l’étang du moulin.</p> <p>Nous continuons sur l'ancien chemin, passons par le <strong>Knockhof</strong> (l'une des rares maisons à colombages préservées de Zwota) jusqu'au centre du village. À droite dans la vallée, nous voyons la mairie, construite sur des pieux de chêne dans le bassin de fer-blanc de l'ancienne forge.</p> <p>Bientôt, nous atteignons la rue Markneukirchner, où se trouve à droite la <strong>boulangerie de campagne</strong> Behrendt avec un café. Après quelques mètres, nous arrivons à Hammerplatz avec le « Gasthof Zwota » et terminons notre randonnée au parking de randonnée.</p>

On the slope of this mountain, there was also a <strong>ski jump</strong>.</p> <p>From there, continuing on the yellow path towards the Zwota-Zechenbach pitch, we pass the former pizzeria “Francesco”, which lies just a few meters below our path.</p> <p>We return to the <strong>Höhensteig Klingenthal</strong> (green), pass the Zwotatal holiday hotel, and reach Neue Welt.</p> <p>Next, we follow the cross path over the railway line and Zwotabach to Bergstraße 28. There we leave the Höhensteig Klingenthal and walk along this street until the Zwota-Zechenbach stop of the Vogtlandbahn. Along the way, we pass the former Zechenbach <strong>school</strong> and the <strong>war memorial</strong>.</p> <p>We reach the stop of the <strong>Vogtlandbahn</strong> in Zwota-Zechenbach. On the right, we see a red brick building. Here once stood a cutting mill (Kehrmühle), which burned down in 1900 and was rebuilt as a residential house. About 150 m before, there was the mill pond.</p> <p>Continuing on the Alten Weg, past the <strong>Knockhof</strong> (one of the few preserved half-timbered houses in Zwota) to the town center. An dieser Stelle verlassen wir den Höhensteig Klingenthal und überqueren rechts den Hüttenbach auf gelber Markierung und erreichen den Götzenberg (729 m). Am Hang dieses Berges befand sich auch eine Sprungschanze. Wenn wir von dort unseren Weg auf gelb weiter Richtung Bolzplatz Zwota-Zechenbach fortsetzen, kommen wie an der ehemaligen Pizzeria „Francesco“ vorbei, die nur wenige Meter unterhalb unseres Weges liegt. Wir kommen wieder auf den Höhensteig Klingenthal (grün), vorbei am Ferienhotel „Zwotatal“ und erreichen die Neue Welt. Anschließend gehen wir auf dem Querweg über die Bahnlinie und den Zwotabach bis zur Bergstraße 28. Dort verlassen wir den Höhensteig Klingenthal und wandern auf dieser Straße weiter bis zum Haltepunkt Zwota-Zechenbach der Vogtlandbahn. Dabei kommen wir an der ehemaligen Zechenbacher Schule und dem Kriegerdenkmal vorbei. Wir erreichen den Haltepunkt der Vogtlandbahn in Zwota-Zechenbach. Rechts sehen wir ein rotes Ziegelgebäude. Hier stand früher eine Schneidmühle (Kehrmühle), die 1900 abbrannte und als Wohnhaus wieder aufgebaut wurde. Ca. 150 m vorher befand sich der Mühlteich. Weiter geht es auf dem Alten Weg, vorbei am Knockhof (eines der wenigen erhaltenen Fachwerkhäuser Zwotas) bis zum Zentrum des Ortes. Dabei sehen wir rechts im Tal das Rathaus. Dies wurde auf Eichenpfählen im Blechteich des ehemaligen Hammerwerkes gebaut.  Bald erreichen wir die Markneukirchner Straße, wo sich rechts die Landbäckerei Behrendt mit Café befindet. Wir kommen nach einigen Metern zum Hammerplatz mit dem „Gasthof Zwota“ und beenden unsere Wanderung auf dem Wanderparkplatz.

On y trouve un mini-golf de 18 trous homologué pour tournois. Des promenades en bateau et une traversée en radeau sont également possibles. En été, une terrasse de bière est gérée conjointement avec le « Gasthof zum Walfisch ». À Kreuzstraße, nous tournons à droite et continuons sur le marquage jaune en traversant le Zwotabach et la voie ferrée jusqu'à Erlbacher Straße, jusqu'à ce que nous atteignions le Höhensteig Klingenthal marqué en vert, où nous poursuivons notre chemin jusqu'au cimetière de Zwota. Nous restons sur le Höhensteig (vert) en passant devant une ancienne carrière d'ardoise (où se trouvait autrefois un tremplin pour les jeunes sauteurs de Zwota) jusqu'à la vallée de Hüttenbachtal. À cet endroit, nous quittons le Höhensteig Klingenthal et traversons à droite le Hüttenbach sur un marquage jaune et atteignons le Götzenberg (729 m). Sur le flanc de cette montagne se trouvait également un tremplin. De là, si nous continuons notre chemin sur le jaune en direction du terrain de football Zwota-Zechenbach, nous passons devant l’ancienne pizzeria « Francesco », située à quelques mètres en contrebas de notre chemin. Nous retrouvons le Höhensteig Klingenthal (vert), passons devant l'hôtel de vacances « Zwotatal » et atteignons la Neue Welt. Ensuite, nous prenons le chemin transversal en traversant la voie ferrée et le Zwotabach jusqu'à Bergstraße 28. Là, nous quittons le Höhensteig Klingenthal et continuons sur cette rue jusqu'à l'arrêt Zwota-Zechenbach de la Vogtlandbahn. Nous passons alors devant l'ancienne école de Zechenbach et le monument aux morts. Nous atteignons l'arrêt de la Vogtlandbahn à Zwota-Zechenbach. À droite, nous voyons un bâtiment en briques rouges. Là se trouvait autrefois une scierie (Kehrmühle) qui a brûlé en 1900 et a été reconstruite en maison d'habitation. Environ 150 m avant se trouvait l’étang du moulin. Nous continuons sur l'ancien chemin, passons par le Knockhof (l'une des rares maisons à colombages préservées de Zwota) jusqu'au centre du village. À droite dans la vallée, nous voyons la mairie, construite sur des pieux de chêne dans le bassin de fer-blanc de l'ancienne forge. Bientôt, nous atteignons la rue Markneukirchner, où se trouve à droite la boulangerie de campagne Behrendt avec un café. Après quelques mètres, nous arrivons à Hammerplatz avec le « Gasthof Zwota » et terminons notre randonnée au parking de randonnée.

Immediately on the right, we have the recreational facility at the Walfischteich. There is a tournament-ready 18-hole mini-golf course there. Boat rides and crossing with a raft are also possible. In summer, a beer garden is operated by the “Gasthof zum Walfisch”. At the Kreuzstraße, we turn right and follow the yellow trail over the Zwotabach and railway line to Erlbacher Straße, until we reach the Höhensteig Klingenthal marked in green, and continue there to the Zwota cemetery. We stay on the Höhensteig (green) past a former slate quarry (once there was a ski jump for the Zwota junior jumpers) to the Hüttenbachtal. At this point, we leave the Höhensteig Klingenthal and cross the Hüttenbach to the right on the yellow trail and reach the Götzenberg (729 m). On the slope of this mountain, there was also a ski jump. From there, continuing on the yellow path towards the Zwota-Zechenbach pitch, we pass the former pizzeria “Francesco”, which lies just a few meters below our path. We return to the Höhensteig Klingenthal (green), pass the Zwotatal holiday hotel, and reach Neue Welt. Next, we follow the cross path over the railway line and Zwotabach to Bergstraße 28. There we leave the Höhensteig Klingenthal and walk along this street until the Zwota-Zechenbach stop of the Vogtlandbahn. Along the way, we pass the former Zechenbach school and the war memorial. We reach the stop of the Vogtlandbahn in Zwota-Zechenbach. On the right, we see a red brick building. Here once stood a cutting mill (Kehrmühle), which burned down in 1900 and was rebuilt as a residential house. About 150 m before, there was the mill pond. Continuing on the Alten Weg, past the Knockhof (one of the few preserved half-timbered houses in Zwota) to the town center. On the right in the valley, we see the town hall, which was built on oak piles in the metal pond of the former hammer mill. Soon we reach the Markneukirchner Straße, where the country bakery Behrendt with a café is located on the right. After a few meters, we come to Hammerplatz with the “Gasthof Zwota” and end our hike at the hiking car park.
