Der Weg führt bergauf zum Weiler Tannenhof. Oben angekommen wird man mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Wüstensachsen sowie den Stirnberg (901 m.ü.NN) und den Steinkopf (888 m.ü.NN) belohnt. Der Weg führt durch den Ehrenberger Wald, der zur Kernzone des Biosphärenreservates Rhön gehört. In dieser Kulturlandschaft leben zahllose Tier- und Pflanzenarten, darunter viele gefährdete Arten. In Seiferts angekommen, geht es über den Rad- und Gehweg zurück nach Wüstensachsen.

Le chemin monte vers le hameau Tannenhof. Arrivé en haut, tu seras récompensé par une vue splendide sur Wüstensachsen ainsi que sur le Stirnberg (901 m d’altitude) et le Steinkopf (888 m d’altitude). Le chemin traverse la forêt d’Ehrenberg, qui appartient à la zone centrale de la réserve de biosphère de Rhön. Dans ce paysage culturel vivent de nombreuses espèces animales et végétales, dont beaucoup sont en danger. Arrivé à Seiferts, tu retournes par la voie cyclable et piétonne vers Wüstensachsen.

The path leads uphill to the hamlet of Tannenhof. Once at the top, you are rewarded with a wonderful view of Wüstensachsen as well as the Stirnberg (901 m above sea level) and the Steinkopf (888 m above sea level). The path passes through the Ehrenberger Forest, which belongs to the core zone of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve. This cultural landscape is home to countless animal and plant species, including many endangered species. Once in Seiferts, it goes back to Wüstensachsen via the cycling and walking path.

schema:value @de <p>Über die Autobahn ist Wüstensachsen über die A7, A66 und A71 anfahrbar.</p> <p>Wenn man auf der A7 zur Wanderung anreist, verlässt man die Autobahn auf der Ausfahrt 92 Fulda-Mitte und fährt in Richtung Hilders. Im Hilderser Ortsteil Batten biegt man rechts ab in Richtung Ehrenberg-Wüstensachen. In Wüstensachsen biegt man auf die Rhönstraße in Richtung Oberelsbach ab. Neben der Kirche biegt man in die "An der Kirche" von welcher man die Parkmöglichkeiten am Bürgerhaus anfahren kann.</p> <p>Die A66 verlässt man am Kreuz 53 Fulda-Süd und fährt auf die B27 in Richtung Bad Brückenau. Nur eine kurze Strecke später biegt man in Döllbach links ab auf die B279 in Richtung Gersfeld. In Gersfeld biegt man links in Richtung Ehrenberg-Wüstensachsen ab. In Wüstensachsen fährt man über die Rhönstraße zur Straße "An der Kirche". Hierüber sind die Parkplätze anzufahren.</p> <p>Sollte man die A71 zur Anreise nutzen, verlässt man diese über die Ausfahrt 24 Mellrichstadt. Hier fährt man auf die B285 in Richtung Ostheim bis nach Fladungen. Kurz vor dem Ortsende von Fladungen biegt man links in Richtung Hochrhönstraße/Schwarzes Moor ab.
