Von Gaststätte Mönchhof verläuft der Skiwanderweg rechts um das Leimbühl. Zunächst gelangen wir auf die Jüchnitzstraße. Nach kurzem steilen Aufstieg durch die Eisenhohle geht es weiter um das Leimbühl bis zur Schutzhütte Himmelreichskopf an den Zwei Wiesen. Von hier kann die Salzmannstraße leicht bergab Richtung zurück zum Mönchhof gefolgt werden, wo man wieder den Ausgangspunkt erreicht.

Depuis le restaurant Mönchhof, le sentier de ski de fond contourne le Leimbühl par la droite. On rejoint d'abord la Jüchnitzstraße. Après une courte montée raide par Eisenhohle, on continue autour du Leimbühl jusqu’à l’abri Himmelreichskopf aux Deux Prairies. De là, la Salzmannstraße descend légèrement vers le Mönchhof, où l’on retrouve le point de départ.

From the Restaurant Mönchhof, the ski hiking trail runs to the right around the Leimbühl. We first reach the Jüchnitzstraße. After a short steep ascent through the Eisenhohle, it continues around the Leimbühl to the shelter Himmelreichskopf at the Zwei Wiesen. From here, the Salzmannstraße can be followed gently downhill back to Mönchhof, where the starting point is reached again.
