Le parcours commence à l'entrée du village Frauenwald. De là, il longe la périphérie du village sur la promenade sur un parcours presque plat d’environ 2 km jusqu’à la sortie du village en direction de Steinbach. Au croisement, il est possible de passer sur le parcours de skating de 4 km en direction de Steinbach. Le parcours "Autour de Frauenwald", quant à lui, continue à droite vers le "sentier Cœur-Nerfs" indiqué ici. Après environ 2,5 km, on atteint le moulin Fraubach. Ensuite, le parcours monte à gauche. Presque au sommet, tourner à droite et suivre le sentier de ski de randonnée légèrement en montée. Une fois en haut, la vue en arrière vaut la peine. Le point de vue invite à s’arrêter et à profiter de la vue sur la vallée et Frauenwald. Le chemin continue sur l'ancienne voie ferrée en passant près du terrain de sport. Ensuite, suivre la trace en descente, puis choisir la bifurcation suivante à droite et encore environ 200 m en montée légère jusqu’au point de départ.

The route starts at the town entrance of Frauenwald. From here it goes along the town edge on the Promenade on an almost flat stretch for about 2 km to the town exit towards Steinbach. At the intersection, there is the option to switch to the 4 km long skating track towards Steinbach. The "Around Frauenwald" route, however, continues to the right into the here marked "Heart-Nerve Path." After about 2.5 km, you reach the Fraubach Mill. Then the route continues uphill to the left. Near the top, turn right and always follow the ski hiking trail gently uphill. At the top, it is worth looking back. The viewpoint invites you to pause and enjoy the view of the valley and Frauenwald. The path continues past the sports field on the Old Railway Embankment. Then follow the trail downhill, take the next right turn, and continue about 200 m gently uphill to the starting point.

Die Tour beginnt am Ortseingang Frauenwald. Von hier aus geht es entlang des Ortsrandes auf der Promenade auf fast ebener Strecke für ca. 2 km bis zum Ortsausgang Richtung Steinbach. An der Kreuzung besteht die Möglichkeit, in die 4km lange Skatingstrecke Richtung Steinbach zu wechseln. Die Tour "Rund um Frauenwald" hingegen führt weiter nach rechts in den hier ausgschilderten "Herz - Nerven - Weg". Nach ca. 2,5km erreicht man die Fraubachmühle. Danach führt die Tour weiter links bergauf. Fast ganz oben rechts abbiegen und immer dem Skiwanderweg leicht bergauf folgen. Oben angekommen lohnt sich der Blick zurück. Der Aussichtspunkt lädt ein innezuhalten und die Aussicht auf das Tal und Frauenwald zu genießen. Auf dem Alten Bahndamm am Sportplatz vorbei führt der Weg weiter. Anschließend der Spur bergab folgen, dann den nächsten Abzweig nach rechts wählen und noch ca. 200m leicht bergauf bis zum Ausgangspunkt.
