An jeder Station findest du eine Hinweistafel mit der jeweiligen Ausführung der Übungen, gezeigt von Kati Wilhelm.Gefragt sind deine sportlichen Fähigkeiten unter anderem in Balancieren, Klimmziehen oder Zapfen Weitwurf. An den Schanzen von Steinbach-Hallenberg, die du auf deiner Fitnessrunde passierst, bietet sich dir ein schöner Ausblick auf die Stadt. Bevor du wieder zum Startpunkt zurückkommst,wirst du noch einmal an den Stationen 10, 11 und 12 sportlich gefordert. An overview board informs you about the course and the individual stations. In total, 12 sporty challenges await you. At each station, you will find an information board with the respective execution of the exercises, shown by Kati Wilhelm. Your sporting abilities will be tested in balancing, pull-ups, or pine cone throwing, among others. At the ski jumps of Steinbach-Hallenberg, which you pass on your fitness round, you have a beautiful view of the town. Before you return to the starting point, you will be challenged again at stations 10, 11, and 12. A varied round for the whole family with a great fun factor lies behind you.
