Zu den Höhepunkten dieser Tour gehört die Aussichtspunkte Leitenberg, Steinpöhl und der Höhenweg nach Schönbach. Die Kirche Hohndorf ist eine Sehenswürdigkeit am Kulturweg der Vögte. Ein Abstecher zur Burgruine Elsterberg lohnt sich. Wem die gesamte Tour zu lang ist, für den stehen zwei beschilderte Wegvarianten von 10 bzw. 16 km zur Verfügung (siehe Wegbeschreibung).

Highlights of this route include the viewpoints Leitenberg, Steinpöhl, and the high path to Schönbach. The church in Hohndorf is a sight on the cultural path of the Vögte. A detour to the Elsterberg castle ruins is worth it. If the entire route is too long, two signposted route variants of 10 or 16 km are available (see route description).

Durch ein kleines Waldstück kommt man zur Wegekreuzung an der <strong>Schwalbenbrücke</strong> und sich links haltend bergauf nach <strong>Pansdorf</strong> und zum <strong>Aussichtspunkt Leitenberg</strong>. Durch den Loosbachgrund und vorbei an der <strong>Kulm-Rasthütte</strong> kommt man an eine Wegekreuzung, wo man links nach Hohndorf zurückgehen kann (roter Querbalken).</p> <p>Rechts weiter auf dem Rundweg kommt man vorbei an Schädlichs Teich und vor Gablau ist ein alter Wappenstein zu sehen. Von <strong>Gablau</strong> gelangt man auf einer Nebenstraße nach <strong>Leiningen</strong>, einer in der Umgebung einmaligen weitläufigen Streusiedlung. Weiter führt der Weg zum <strong>Steinermühlenteich</strong>. Ab hier kann man links nach Hohndorf zurückwandern (gelber Querbalken).</p> <p>Unser Rundweg führt nun steil aufwärts zu den Aussichtspunkten am <strong>Steinpöhl</strong> und auf dem schönem Höhenweg nach <strong>Schönbach</strong>. Am Dreimädelhaus wird die B 92 überquert und auf dem Kirchsteig und der Alten Salzstraße kommt man nach <strong>Cossengrün</strong>. Der Ort wird durchwandert und auf Feldwegen gelangt man nach <strong>Görschnitz</strong>. Nun geht es abwärts über Wiesen und durch Wald zur „Landesgrenze“an der B 92. Wieder mit Vorsicht wird die Straße gequert und ein letzter steiler Pfad führt hinauf nach <strong>Hohengrün</strong> und bald hat man <strong>Hohndorf</strong>, den Ausgangspunkt der Tour wieder erreicht.</p>

De <strong>Gablau</strong>, on rejoint <strong>Leiningen</strong> par une route secondaire, un hameau dispersé unique dans les environs. Le chemin continue ensuite vers l'<strong>étang Steinermühle</strong>. À partir d'ici, on peut retourner à Hohndorf par la gauche (barre transversale jaune).</p> <p>Notre parcours monte ensuite raide vers les points de vue de <strong>Steinpöhl</strong> et suit un beau chemin de crête vers <strong>Schönbach</strong>. Au Dreimädelhaus, la B 92 est traversée, et par le Kirchsteig et l'ancienne route du sel (Alte Salzstraße), on atteint <strong>Cossengrün</strong>. Le village est traversé, puis par des chemins de campagne, on rejoint <strong>Görschnitz</strong>. Ensuite, on descend par des prairies et la forêt vers la "frontière de l'État" sur la B 92. En traversant prudemment la route, un dernier sentier raide mène à <strong>Hohengrün</strong>, puis on retrouve rapidement <strong>Hohndorf</strong>, point de départ du parcours.</p>

After carefully crossing the road again, a last steep path leads up to Hohengrün and soon you reach Hohndorf, the starting point of the route, again.
thuecat:directions @fr Par un chemin agricole, on quitte Hohndorf en direction de Tremnitz et du barrage de Tremnitz. On peut passer de l'autre côté soit par le barrage soit en dessous par un pont sur le ruisseau. Après un petit bois, on arrive à l'intersection près du pont des Hirondelles (Schwalbenbrücke) et en tenant la gauche, on monte vers Pansdorf et le point de vue Leitenberg. Par le Loosbachgrund et en passant par la cabane de repos Kulm-Rasthütte, on arrive à une intersection où l'on peut retourner à Hohndorf en tournant à gauche (barre transversale rouge). En allant tout droit sur le parcours circulaire, on passe par l'étang de Schädlich et avant Gablau, on peut voir une vieille pierre héraldique. De Gablau, on rejoint Leiningen par une route secondaire, un hameau dispersé unique dans les environs. Le chemin continue ensuite vers l'étang Steinermühle. À partir d'ici, on peut retourner à Hohndorf par la gauche (barre transversale jaune). Notre parcours monte ensuite raide vers les points de vue de Steinpöhl et suit un beau chemin de crête vers Schönbach. Au Dreimädelhaus, la B 92 est traversée, et par le Kirchsteig et l'ancienne route du sel (Alte Salzstraße), on atteint Cossengrün. Le village est traversé, puis par des chemins de campagne, on rejoint Görschnitz. Ensuite, on descend par des prairies et la forêt vers la "frontière de l'État" sur la B 92. En traversant prudemment la route, un dernier sentier raide mène à Hohengrün, puis on retrouve rapidement Hohndorf, point de départ du parcours.
