About: Jubiläumsweg Burgstein-Feilitzsch, Anniversary route Burgstein-Feilitzsch, Chemin commémoratif Burgstein-Feilitzsch

Er führt vom Wanderparkplatz zunächst vorbei an den Burgsteinruinen. Die spätmittelalterlichen Kirchen waren Wallfahrtsorte an der Grenze der Bistümer Bamberg und Naumburg, verfielen dann und erlebten im 19./20. Jahrhundert als Ausflugsziel eine Auflebung. Die deutsche Teilung machte das Gebiet um den Burgstein dann zum abgeschiedenen Grenzgebiet. Wir laufen vorbei an der idyllischen Kienmühle bis nach Gutenfürst. Hier lag der Bahnhof von 1945 bis 1990 direkt an der innerdeutschen Grenze und wurde in den 1970er Jahren festungsmäßig ausgebaut, um die "Interzonenzüge" strengen Kontrollen zu unterziehen. Sehenswert hier sind außerdem das Herrenhaus, das Gebiet um den Forstteich und der Brauhauspöhl (NSG). In Grobau hat man einen schönen Blick von der 606 m hohen Kappel. Nachdem man die Straße Grobau-Münchenreuth überquert hat, werden die Geschichte und die Besonderheiten des Grünen Bandes auf drei Informationstafeln beschrieben. Dann erreicht man den Drei-Freistaaten-Stein. Auch hier stehen mehrere Informationstafeln.  Nun geht es fast unbemerkt hinüber ins bayerisch-fränkische Münchenreuth. Von hier wären es nur 2 Kilometer bis Mödlareuth, dem einst geteilten Dorf. Doch wir wenden uns in Münchenreuth nach Süden und folgen der Ausschilderung nach Feilitzsch. Dabei kreuzen wir sowohl die Autobahn A 72 Plauen-Hof als auch die Bahnstrecke, die von Plauen bzw. Gera nach Hof führt.

Il conduit d'abord du parking de randonnée en passant par les ruines de Burgstein. Les églises tardomédiévales étaient des lieux de pèlerinage à la frontière des diocèses de Bamberg et Naumburg, puis tombèrent en ruine avant de connaître un renouveau au 19e/20e siècle comme lieu d'excursion. La division allemande transforma alors la région autour de Burgstein en une zone frontalière isolée. Nous passons par la pittoresque Kienmühle jusqu'à Gutenfürst. Ici, la gare, située de 1945 à 1990 directement à la frontière intérieure allemande, fut fortifiée dans les années 1970 pour soumettre les "trains interzones" à des contrôles stricts. À voir également : la maison seigneuriale, la zone autour de l'étang forestier et le Brauhauspöhl (réserve naturelle). À Grobau, on bénéficie d'une belle vue depuis la Kappel, haute de 606 m. Après avoir traversé la route Grobau-Münchenreuth, l'histoire et les particularités de la Ceinture Verte sont décrites sur trois panneaux d'information. Puis on atteint la pierre des trois États libres. Plusieurs panneaux y sont également présents.  On passe ensuite presque inaperçu en Bavière franconienne à Münchenreuth. De là, il ne reste que 2 kilomètres jusqu'à Mödlareuth, ancien village divisé. Mais nous prenons la direction du sud à Münchenreuth en suivant la signalisation vers Feilitzsch. En chemin, nous croisons l'autoroute A 72 Plauen-Hof ainsi que la ligne ferroviaire reliant Plauen ou Gera à Hof.

It leads first past the Burgstein ruins from the hiking parking lot. The late medieval churches were pilgrimage sites on the border of the dioceses of Bamberg and Naumburg, then fell into ruin and experienced a revival as a destination for excursions in the 19th/20th century. The German division then turned the area around Burgstein into a remote border region. We walk past the idyllic Kienmühle to Gutenfürst. Here, the station was located directly on the inner-German border from 1945 to 1990 and was fortified in the 1970s to subject the "interzone trains" to strict controls. Also worth seeing here are the manor house, the area around the forest pond, and the Brauhauspöhl (nature reserve). In Grobau there is a beautiful view from the 606 m high Kappel. After crossing the Grobau-Münchenreuth road, the history and special characteristics of the Green Belt are described on three information boards. Then you reach the Three-State Stone. Several information boards are also located here.  Now it goes almost unnoticed over to the Bavarian-Franconian Münchenreuth. From here it is only 2 kilometers to Mödlareuth, the once divided village. But we turn south in Münchenreuth and follow the signposting to Feilitzsch. On the way, we cross both the A 72 motorway Plauen-Hof and the railway line which runs from Plauen or Gera to Hof.
