About: Circuit de randonnée - "Parcours découverte autour de Trusetal" - Forêt de Thuringe, Circular hiking route - "Adventure route around Trusetal" - Thuringian Forest, Rundwanderweg - "Erlebnis-Tour um Trusetal" - Thüringer Wald

Depuis le parking de la gare routière, nous marchons environ 150 m en direction nord-ouest vers Hofberg. Une fois le plateau atteint, nous avons une première belle vue sur le quartier Herges. Notre randonnée continue en direction du second quartier, Elmenthal. Après avoir traversé un petit bois, nous découvrons en contrebas le magnifique Elmenthal. Notre regard porte au-dessus d'une belle vallée. De l'autre côté, on devine déjà le trajet à venir. Après avoir traversé le quartier, nous revoyons Elmenthal sous un autre angle. Nous arrivons maintenant au "stade forestier d'Elmenthal", une très belle petite installation sportive. Notre randonnée se dirige vers la "chaire du diable". Une belle légende entoure ce lieu. De la "chaire du diable", la randonnée mène à la cascade de Trusetal, le symbole de notre ville. On peut y apprendre beaucoup sur l'histoire locale. La cascade invite aussi à une petite pause. La randonnée continue ensuite vers le sud. Nous contournons le beau Eichenkopf tout en jetant un dernier regard à la cascade. Depuis la plateforme, il est possible de photographier la cascade dans toute sa beauté. Une fois le tour de l'Eichenkopf terminé, nous sortons de la forêt. Notre regard se porte déjà à proximité sur la tour de Wallenburg. La tour est également une belle destination d'excursion et une randonnée vaut le détour (circuit 5). Notre randonnée continue vers Trusetal. En chemin, nous parcourons encore de belles ruelles sinueuses avant de revenir à notre point de départ.

From the bus station car park, we walk about 150 m in a northwest direction towards Hofberg. Once the plateau is reached, we have a first beautiful view of the district Herges. Our hike continues towards the second district, Elmenthal. After walking through the short forest section, we see the beautiful Elmenthal at our feet. Our view goes over a beautiful valley. On the other side, we can already see how our further path continues. After we have walked through the district, we see Elmenthal once again from a different perspective. Now we are at the "Elmenthal forest stadium", a very nice small sports facility. Our hike goes in the direction of the "Devil's Pulpit". There is a beautiful legend about the pulpit. From the "Devil's Pulpit", the hike goes to the Trusetal waterfall, the landmark of our town. Here you can learn a lot about the history of the place. The waterfall also invites you to take a short break. The hike then continues southwards. We walk around the beautiful Oak Head with one last look at the waterfall. From the platform, there is the possibility to photograph the waterfall in all its beauty. After we have walked around the Oak Head, we leave the forest. We let our eyes wander and already see the Wallenburger Tower nearby. The tower is also a beautiful destination and a hike is worth it (circular route 5). Our hike continues towards Trusetal. Along the way, we walk through beautiful winding alleys before returning to our starting point.

Von Parkplatz Busbahnhof gehen wir ca.  150m in nordwestlicher Richtung in Richtung Hofberg. Wenn das Plateau erreicht ist. haben wir einen ersten schönen Ausblick auf den Stadtteil Herges. Weiter geht unsere Wanderung in Richtung des zweiten Stadtteils Elmenthal. Wenn wir das kurze Waldstück durchwandert haben, sehen wir zu unseren Füßen das wunderschöne Elmenthal. Unser Blick geht über ein schönes Tal. Auf der anderen Seite sehen wir schon, wie unser weiterer Weg verläuft. Wenn wir den Stadtteil durch wandert haben, sehen wir Elmenthal noch einmal aus einem anderen Blickwinkel.  Nun sind wir bei dem "Elmenthaler Waldstadion", einer sehr schöne Kleinsportanlage. Unsere Wanderung geht in Richtung "Teufelskanzel".  Über die Kanzel gibt es eine wunderschöne Sage. Von der "Teufelskanzel" geht die Wanderung zum Trusetaler Wasserfal, dem Wahrzeichen unserer Stadt. Hier kann man viel Geschichtliches über den Ort erfahren. Der Wasserfall lädt auch zu einer kleinen Rast ein. Jetzt geht die Wanderung in weiter in Richtung Süden. Wir umwandern den schönen Eichenkopf mit einem letzten Blick auf den Wasserfall. Von der Plattform aus besteht die Möglichkeit,  den Wasserfall in seiner kompletten Schönheit zu fotografieren.  Wenn wir um den Eichenkopf gewandert sind, kommen wir aus dem Wald heraus. Wir lassen unsere Blicke schweifen und sehen in nächster Umgebung schon den Wallenburger Turm.  Der Turm ist ebenfalls ein schönes Ausflugsziel und eine Wanderung wehrt (Rundweg 5).  Unser Wanderung geht in Richtung Trusetal weiter. Wir durchstreifen auf dem Weg noch schöne verwinkelte Gassen, bevor  wir zu unserem Ausgangspunkt zurück kommen.
