Sur environ 31 km, le parcours thématique à vélo "T5" traverse l'avant-pays du Harz avec sa paysage karstique varié, autour de la ville d'Osterode am Harz et de ses quartiers Förste, Dorste, Schwiegershausen et Düna, passant par de nombreux monuments naturels et culturels. Le "T5" suit des chemins agricoles et forestiers ainsi que des routes secondaires peu fréquentées. Le trajet est bien adapté aux familles, bien qu'il comporte par endroits des sections de chemin cahoteuses ainsi que des montées. Le parcours à vélo est entièrement balisé (logo T5).

The themed cycling circular route "T5" runs for about 31 km through the Harz Foreland with its varied karst landscape, around the town of Osterode am Harz and its districts Förste, Dorste, Schwiegershausen and Düna, passing a variety of natural and cultural monuments. The "T5" runs on agricultural and forest roads as well as minor roads with little traffic. The route is easy to cycle for families, although there are some rough sections and climbs. The cycling route is fully signposted (T5 logo).

Auf rund 31 km führt der Themen-Radrundweg „T5“ durch das Harzvorland mit seiner abwechslungsreichen  Karstlandschaft , rund um die Stadt Osterode am Harz  und ihren Ortsteilen Förste, Dorste, Schwiegershausen und Düna, vorbei an einer Vielzahl von Natur- und Kulturdenkmälern. Der „T5“ verläuft auf Wirtschafts- und Forstwegen sowie Nebenstraßen mit wenig Verkehr. Die Strecke ist für Familien  gut zu befahren, wenngleich teils holprige Wegabschnitte bzw. Steigungen vorhanden sind. Der Radrundweg ist komplett ausgeschildert (T5-Logo).

Le parcours thématique "T5" est destiné aux cyclistes de loisir et convient bien aux familles. Le trajet comporte des sections parfois cahoteuses ainsi que des montées raides. Le "T5" commence à Osterode am Harz dans la Schwimmbadstr., près de "ALOHA-Aqualand", en direction de Bergstr., en passant par l’ancienne caserne. Au "Galgenturm" sur le mont Ührder, vous roulez vers la colonie "Feldbrunnen", connue aux 17e et 18e siècles comme source de santé. De Düna à Osterode am Harz, le "T5" suit un chemin agricole asphalté, l’ancienne "Hohe Straße", une importante voie de communication au début et au haut Moyen Âge, qui conduisait à l’ouest à travers le Harz dans les régions de Thuringe et de Saxe. Hier können Sie die Abkürzung über das Stadtdorf Ührde  zurück nach Osterode am Harz nehmen oder auf einem Wirtschaftsweg entlang zahlreicher Obstbäume bis Schwiegershausen fahren. Auf idyllischen, teils holprigen Wegen erreichen Sie das Naturschutzgebiet "Gipskarstlandschaft Hainholz" mit der "Jettenhöhle". Der Themen-Radrundweg "T5" richtet sich an den Freizeitradfahrer und ist auch für Familien gut geeignet. Die Strecke beinhaltet teils holprige Wegabschnitte bzw. starke Steigungen.</p> <p>Der "T5" startet in Osterode am Harz in der Schwimmbadstr. Am „ALOHA-Aqualand“ in Richtung Bergstr.,</p> <p>an der ehemaligen Kaserne vorbei. Am "Galgenturm" auf dem Ührder Berg fahren Sie in Richtung der Ansiedlung „Feldbrunnen“,  im 17. und 18. Jahrhundert als Gesundbrunnen bekannt. Am Rand eines Gipsbruchs gelangen Sie über einen Wanderweg zur "Pipinsburg". Abwärts radelnd, mit herrlichen Ausblicken ins Sösetal, erreichen Sie Förste. Durch das über 1000-jährige Förste, vorbei an den mineralhaltigen Quellen, entlang der Söse, in Richtung Dorste liegt auf einem bewaldeten Hügel im Naturschutzgebiet  die Ruine der mittelalterlichen „Burg Lichtenstein“.  Am Dorster Mühlenbach geht es an der Waldkante entlang bis zum Abzweig Ührde. Hier können Sie die Abkürzung über das Stadtdorf Ührde  zurück nach Osterode am Harz nehmen oder auf einem Wirtschaftsweg entlang zahlreicher Obstbäume bis Schwiegershausen fahren.</p> <p>Auf idyllischen, teils holprigen Wegen erreichen Sie das Naturschutzgebiet "Gipskarstlandschaft Hainholz" mit der "Jettenhöhle". Von Düna bis Osterode am Harz verläuft der  „T5“  auf einem asphaltierten Wirtschaftsweg, der ehemaligen „Hohen Straße“, einer bedeutenden Fernverbindung im frühen und hohen Mittelalter, die westlich über den Harz in das Gebiet Thüringens und Sachsens führte.</p> <p>Vor Osterode am Harz liegt rechterhand die „Halbe Warte“ aus dem 14. und 15. Jahrhundert. Dann erreichen Sie Osterode am Harz  mit der Stadtmauer und der „Alten Burg“, die ursprünglich der Sicherung des Übergangs über die Söse und der anliegenden Marktsiedlung diente.</p> <p>Die historische Fachwerkstadt Osterode am Harz mit ihren Gebäuden, Kirchen und Türmen entlang der Stadtmauer lädt zum Verweilen in einem der gemütlichen Stadtcafés und Restaurants ein.</p> <p>Empfehlenswert, ob zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad), durch die Karstlandschaft der Region, ist der „Karstwanderweg“ (90% befahrbar) - (www.karstwanderweg.de).</p>

Ici, vous pouvez prendre le raccourci via le village d’Ührde pour revenir à Osterode am Harz ou bien continuer sur un chemin agricole bordé de nombreux arbres fruitiers jusqu’à Schwiegershausen.</p> <p>Sur des chemins idylliques, parfois cahoteux, vous atteignez la réserve naturelle "Paysage karstique de gypse Hainholz" avec la "Jettenhöhle". De Düna à Osterode am Harz, le "T5" suit un chemin agricole asphalté, l’ancienne "Hohe Straße", une importante voie de communication au début et au haut Moyen Âge, qui conduisait à l’ouest à travers le Harz dans les régions de Thuringe et de Saxe.</p> <p>Avant d’arriver à Osterode am Harz, à droite se trouve la "Halbe Warte" datant des 14e et 15e siècles. From Düna to Osterode am Harz, the "T5" runs on an asphalted agricultural road, the former "Hohe Straße", an important long-distance connection in the early and high Middle Ages, which led west over the Harz into the areas of Thuringia and Saxony.</p> <p>Before Osterode am Harz, on the right-hand side is the "Halbe Warte" from the 14th and 15th centuries.
