Die Tour beginnt an der Touristinformation. Man folgt 100 m dem Postweg und biegt dann nach links zur Seyfahrtswiese ab. Sich links haltend, geht es auf einem breiten Weg entlang. Kurz vor der Straße, rechts einen schmalen Pfad am Waldesrand folgen. Am nächsten Wegweiser geht es rechts ein Stück leicht bergauf. Kurz vor der Schranke geht es links in den Wald. Diesen schmalen Pfad bis zum Aufstieg zu den Backofenlöchern folgen. Diese erreicht man über Stufen, die den Berg hinaufführen. Für schöne Ausblicke zum Aschenbergstein und Habichtskopf weiter die Treppen hinauf gehen. Nach kurzer Rast geht es leicht bergauf, bis zum Abzweig links. Dann wird einen Forstweg erreicht, den man links bis zur Strengen Wiese folgt. Dort nach links in das Felsental einbiegen. Am Ende geht es rechts an der Schutzhütte „Tempelchen“ vorbei - entlang des Naturlehrpfades zur Massemühle. Hinter einem kleinen Parkplatz spaziert man rechts ein Stück bergauf der Übelbergpromenade entlang, über die Märchenwiese, zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

Le parcours commence à l’office de tourisme. On suit 100 m le chemin postal puis on tourne à gauche vers la prairie Seyfahrt. En restant à gauche, on longe un chemin large. Juste avant la route, suivre à droite un sentier étroit en bordure de forêt. Au prochain panneau, tourner à droite pour monter légèrement. Juste avant la barrière, tourner à gauche dans la forêt. Suivre ce sentier étroit jusqu’à la montée vers les Fours à pain. On les atteint par des marches qui montent la colline. Pour de belles vues sur l’Aschenbergstein et le Habichtskopf, continuer à monter les escaliers. Après une courte pause, continuer légèrement en montée jusqu’au chemin à gauche. Ensuite, on atteint un chemin forestier qu'on suit à gauche jusqu’à la prairie Strenge. Là, tourner à gauche dans la vallée des rochers. À la fin, passer à droite devant l’abri « Petit Temple » – le long du sentier nature vers le moulin Massemühle. Derrière un petit parking, monter un peu à droite le long de la promenade Übelberg, passant par la prairie des contes, pour revenir au point de départ.

The route starts at the tourist information. Follow the Postweg for 100 m, then turn left onto the Seyfahrtswiese. Keeping left, follow a wide path. Shortly before the street, follow a narrow path on the edge of the forest to the right. At the next signpost, go right and slightly uphill. Shortly before the barrier, turn left into the forest. Follow this narrow path up to the ascent to the Backofenlöcher. These are reached via steps leading up the hill. For beautiful views towards the Aschenbergstein and Habichtskopf, continue climbing the stairs. After a short rest, continue slightly uphill until a junction to the left. Then you reach a forest road, follow it left to the Strenge Wiese. There, turn left into the Felsental. At the end, turn right past the shelter "Tempelchen" – along the nature trail to the Massemühle. Behind a small parking lot, walk uphill to the right along the Übelbergpromenade, over the Märchenwiese, back to the starting point.
