Unser Startpunkt ist in Meeder, die Ortschaft ist mit ihren 16 Ortsteilen die größte Gemeinde im Coburger Land. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Alexandrinenhütte, die sich auf der höchsten Erhebung im Coburger Land befindet, der Sennigshöhe. Von dort haben wir einen beeindruckenden und weitreichenden Ausblick über die wunderschöne Landschaft. Der Weg bis zur Hütte gestaltet sich abwechslungsreich – wir laufen durch den idyllischen Ort Meeder, entlang dem Bach Nerde, vorbei an Apfelbäumen sowie auf Wiesenpfaden und Feldwegen. Dabei genießen wir die Ruhe und die Natur rund um uns. Von Ostern bis Oktober hat die Alexandrinenhütte an Wochenenden und an Feiertagen geöffnet.

Notre point de départ se situe à Meeder, la commune la plus grande de la région de Cobourg avec ses 16 quartiers. Un point fort particulier est l'Alexandrinenhûtte, qui se trouve au sommet le plus élevé de la région, le Sennigshöhe. De là, nous avons une vue impressionnante et étendue sur le magnifique paysage. Le chemin jusqu'à la cabane est varié – nous traversons le charmant village de Meeder, longeons le ruisseau Nerde, passons devant des pommiers ainsi que sur des sentiers de prairies et des chemins de campagne. Nous profitons ainsi du calme et de la nature environnante. De Pâques à octobre, l'Alexandrinenhûtte est ouverte les week-ends et jours fériés.

Our starting point is in Meeder, the largest community in the Coburg region with its 16 districts. A special highlight is the Alexandrinenhütte, which is located on the highest elevation in the Coburg region, the Sennigshöhe. From there we have an impressive and wide-reaching view over the beautiful landscape. The path to the hut is varied – we walk through the idyllic town of Meeder, along the Nerde stream, past apple trees as well as on meadow paths and field trails. We enjoy the peace and nature around us. From Easter to October, the Alexandrinenhütte is open on weekends and public holidays.

An der Linkskurve biegen wir nach rechts in den Weg ab, der nur für Fußgänger, Radfahrer und den landwirtschaftlichen Verkehr frei ist.</p> <p>Wir laufen vorbei an Apfelbäumen und über eine kleine Brücke und halten uns an der Gabelung links. An der Rechtskurve gehen wir geradeaus auf dem beschilderten Wiesenpfad weiter. An der T-Kreuzung folgen wir dem Feldweg nach rechts, der später in einen geteerten Weg übergeht.</p> <p>In Mirsdorf angekommen biegen wir nach links, um an der nächsten Kreuzung dem Schild nach Tremersdorf zu folgen. Von hier aus geht es stets bergaufwärts, vorbei an einem kleinen Brunnen. Kurz vor Ortsausgang folgen wir dem mittleren Weg, bis wir unser Ziel – die Alexandrinenhütte – erreichen.</p>
