Dieser Rundweg führt in leichtem Bergauf und Bergab an den Hängen des Muppberges entlang, der sich zwischen Neustadt bei Coburg und Sonneberg erhebt. Die Wege wechseln zwischen schmalen Waldpfaden und etwas breiteren Forstwegen. Nur einmal muss kurz an der Fahrstraße entlanggegangen werden. Die Tour bietet sich vor allem im Hochsommer an, denn sie verläuft fast ausschließlich im Schatten der Bäume. Einkehrmöglichkeit bietet die Gaststätte Grüntal zu Beginn bzw. am Ende der Tour. Wer ein paar Höhenmeter mehr mitnehmen möchte, kann zur Arnoldhütte aufsteigen.

Ce parcours circulaire suit doucement des montées et descentes le long des pentes du Muppberg, qui s'élève entre Neustadt bei Coburg et Sonneberg. Les sentiers alternent entre des chemins forestiers étroits et des pistes forestières un peu plus larges. Il faut seulement marcher un court moment le long de la route. Ce parcours est particulièrement adapté en plein été, car il se déroule presque entièrement à l'ombre des arbres. Le restaurant Grüntal propose une halte au début ou à la fin de la balade. Ceux qui souhaitent quelques mètres de dénivelé supplémentaires peuvent monter jusqu'à l'Arnoldhütte.

This circular route runs with slight uphill and downhill sections along the slopes of the Muppberg, which rises between Neustadt bei Coburg and Sonneberg. The paths alternate between narrow forest trails and somewhat wider forest roads. Only once do you have to walk briefly along the road. The route is especially suitable in high summer, as it runs almost exclusively in the shade of the trees. The guesthouse Grüntal offers a place to stop at the beginning or end of the route. Those who want to gain a few more meters of elevation can ascend to the Arnoldhütte.

Wir spazieren an zahlreichen Ruhebänken und einem kleinen Brunnen vorbei und folgen dabei immer der Wegmarkierung blauer Punkt auf weißem Grund.</p> <p>Ein kurzes Stück müssen wir entlang der asphaltierten Straße gehen, dann biegt gleich links ein Forstweg ab. Diesem folgen wir bis oberhalb des Friedhofs von Ebersdorf, wo er wieder in einen schmaleren Waldpfad übergeht. Auf diesem geht es in leichtem Auf und Ab zurück nach Neustadt.</p>

Wir biegen hinter der Gaststätte Grüntal in den Wald ein, gehen ein paar Meter bergauf und halten uns dann halblinks. Wir spazieren an zahlreichen Ruhebänken und einem kleinen Brunnen vorbei und folgen dabei immer der Wegmarkierung blauer Punkt auf weißem Grund. Ein kurzes Stück müssen wir entlang der asphaltierten Straße gehen, dann biegt gleich links ein Forstweg ab. Diesem folgen wir bis oberhalb des Friedhofs von Ebersdorf, wo er wieder in einen schmaleren Waldpfad übergeht. Auf diesem geht es in leichtem Auf und Ab zurück nach Neustadt.

We stroll past numerous resting benches and a small fountain, always following the trail marker of a blue dot on a white background. We have to walk a short stretch along the paved road, then a forest road immediately turns off to the left. We follow this until above the cemetery of Ebersdorf, where it turns back into a narrower forest path. On this path, we proceed with slight ups and downs back to Neustadt.
