Der ICE-Hügel – ein fantastischer Aussichtspunkt auf die 2012 fertiggestelte Bahnbrücke über dem Füllbachtal (Füllbachtalbrücke). Diese Wanderung führt uns mit schönen Ausblicken rund um das eindrucksvolle Bauwerk, zu einem schönen Schloss samt Schlosspark und schließlich in einer Runde zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Die Strecke ist für die ganze Familie geeignet. Unterwegs und am Ende der Tour gibts es Spielplätze und eine Einkehrmöglichkeit. Ein besonderer Ort für eine Pause ist der weitläufige Schlosspark in Niederfüllbach. Am historischen Ensemble von Gut, Schloss und Kirche gelegen bietet er jede Menge Raum zum Entspannen, Flanieren und Entdecken.

La colline ICE – un fantastique point de vue sur le pont ferroviaire terminé en 2012 au-dessus de la vallée de Füllbach (pont de Füllbachtal). Cette balade nous mène avec de belles vues autour de cette construction impressionnante, à un beau château avec parc et finalement en boucle jusqu’au point de départ. Le parcours convient à toute la famille. En chemin et à la fin du parcours, il y a des aires de jeux et une possibilité de restauration. Un lieu particulier pour une pause est le vaste parc du château à Niederfüllbach. Situé dans l’ensemble historique du domaine, du château et de l’église, il offre beaucoup d’espace pour se détendre, flâner et découvrir.

The ICE Hill – a fantastic viewpoint on the railway bridge completed in 2012 over the Füllbach valley (Füllbachtal bridge). This walk takes us with beautiful views around the impressive structure, to a lovely castle including castle park and finally in a loop back to the starting point. The route is suitable for the whole family. Along the way and at the end of the route, there are playgrounds and a place to stop. A special place for a break is the extensive castle park in Niederfüllbach. Situated on the historic ensemble of estate, castle, and church, it offers plenty of space to relax, stroll, and explore.

thuecat:directions @de Der Start ist in Roth am Forst, einem Ortsteil von Grub am Forst in der Brückenstraße, Nähe Gastwirtschaft „Zur Sonne“. Zunächst geht es Richtung ICE-Brücke, dann biegen wir nach links in die Untere Klinge ab. Es geht am Ortsende steil bergan. Wenn wir an einen geschotterten Platz kommen, wenden wir uns nach rechts, der Weg ist kurzzeitig geteert. Weiter geht es auf diesem Weg hinter dem ICE-Hügel nach Westen, bis ein kleiner Pfad rechts abzweigt. Diesen nehmen wir und gelangen nach gut 100 m Weg zum weithin sichtbaren Aussichtspunkt auf dem ICE-Hügel (360 m ü. NN). Hier finden wir Beschreibungen zum Projekt der DB und haben eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die ICE-Brücke von oben, gen Nordosten liegt Grub am Forst im Füllbachtal. Zurück geht es über den kleinen Pfad, um dann dem Feldweg Richtung Niederfüllbach (Westen) zu folgen. Nach einem kurzen Knick nach Süden führt rechts ein Feldweg an den Waldrand, dann nach links in einen herrlichen Buchenwald. Der Weg endet an der Ortsstraße „Am Turnplatz“. Diese Straße mündet nach einem kleinen Stück in den „Neuen Weg“. Biegt man links ab, kann man nach 100 m den Schlosspark von Niederfüllbach mit Vogel-Volieren, Spielplatz und Seniorenübungsgeräten besuchen. Der Rundweg verläuft ab der Kreuzung „Am Turnplatz-Neuer Weg“ Richtung Nordosten entlang der Straße „Neuer Weg“ und dann links abbiegend und kurz darauf rechts abbiegend auf dem Amselweg ortsauswärts nach Osten. Entlang des „Säugroms“ (wörtlich aus dem Grüberischen übersetzt: Schweinegraben) geht es dann auf die ICE-Brücke zu. Nach der Unterquerung von zwei Bücken geht es Richtung Roth. Unter der großen ICE-Brücke bekommen wir einen Eindruck vom riesigen Brückenbauwerk, das über 1 km lang ist und auf 16 Pfeilern steht. In Roth angekommen, finden wir nach knapp 5 km Weg noch einen schönen Spielplatz vor und wie anfangs erwähnt wäre eine gemütliche Einkehr möglich.

Le retour se fait par le petit sentier, puis on suit le chemin de campagne en direction de Niederfüllbach (ouest). Après un petit virage vers le sud, un chemin à droite mène à la lisière de la forêt, puis à gauche dans une magnifique hêtraie. Le chemin se termine à la rue „Am Turnplatz“. Cette rue aboutit après un court tronçon au „Neuen Weg“. En tournant à gauche, on peut visiter après 100 m le parc du château de Niederfüllbach, avec volières à oiseaux, aire de jeux et appareils d'exercice pour seniors. Le parcours circulaire continue à partir de l’intersection „Am Turnplatz-Neuer Weg“ vers le nord-est le long de la rue „Neuer Weg“, puis tourne à gauche et peu après à droite sur l’Amselweg en direction de la sortie du village vers l’est. Le long du „Sägroms“ (traduit littéralement du grüberisch : fossé à cochons), on se dirige vers le pont ICE. Après être passés sous deux ponts, on se dirige vers Roth. Sous le grand pont ICE, on a une impression de l’immense ouvrage qui s’étend sur plus de 1 km et repose sur 16 piliers. Arrivés à Roth, on trouve après presque 5 km un bel espace de jeux et, comme mentionné au début, une possibilité de restauration agréable.

Under the large ICE bridge, one gets an impression of the huge bridge structure, which is over 1 km long and stands on 16 pillars. schema:value @de <p>Der Start ist in Roth am Forst, einem Ortsteil von Grub am Forst in der Brückenstraße, Nähe Gastwirtschaft „Zur Sonne“.</p> <p>Zunächst geht es Richtung ICE-Brücke, dann biegen wir nach links in die Untere Klinge ab. Es geht am Ortsende steil bergan. Wenn wir an einen geschotterten Platz kommen, wenden wir uns nach rechts, der Weg ist kurzzeitig geteert.</p> <p>Weiter geht es auf diesem Weg hinter dem ICE-Hügel nach Westen, bis ein kleiner Pfad rechts abzweigt. Diesen nehmen wir und gelangen nach gut 100 m Weg zum weithin sichtbaren Aussichtspunkt auf dem ICE-Hügel (360 m ü. NN). Hier finden wir Beschreibungen zum Projekt der DB und haben eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die ICE-Brücke von oben, gen Nordosten liegt Grub am Forst im Füllbachtal.</p> <p>Zurück geht es über den kleinen Pfad, um dann dem Feldweg Richtung Niederfüllbach (Westen) zu folgen. Nach einem kurzen Knick nach Süden führt rechts ein Feldweg an den Waldrand, dann nach links in einen herrlichen Buchenwald. Der Weg endet an der Ortsstraße „Am Turnplatz“. Diese Straße mündet nach einem kleinen Stück in den „Neuen Weg“. Biegt man links ab, kann man nach 100 m den Schlosspark von Niederfüllbach mit Vogel-Volieren, Spielplatz und Seniorenübungsgeräten besuchen. Der Rundweg verläuft ab der Kreuzung „Am Turnplatz-Neuer Weg“ Richtung Nordosten entlang der Straße „Neuer Weg“ und dann links abbiegend und kurz darauf rechts abbiegend auf dem Amselweg ortsauswärts nach Osten. Entlang des „Säugroms“ (wörtlich aus dem Grüberischen übersetzt: Schweinegraben) geht es dann auf die ICE-Brücke zu. Nach der Unterquerung von zwei Bücken geht es Richtung Roth. Unter der großen ICE-Brücke bekommen wir einen Eindruck vom riesigen Brückenbauwerk, das über 1 km lang ist und auf 16 Pfeilern steht.</p> <p>In Roth angekommen, finden wir nach knapp 5 km Weg noch einen schönen Spielplatz vor und wie anfangs erwähnt wäre eine gemütliche Einkehr möglich.</p>

Here we find descriptions about the DB project and enjoy a wonderful view of the ICE bridge from above; to the northeast lies Grub am Forst in the Füllbach valley.</p> <p>Return over the small path, then follow the field path west towards Niederfüllbach. After a short bend south, a field path leads right to the forest edge, then left into a beautiful beech forest. The path ends at the village street "Am Turnplatz." This street leads after a short distance into the "Neuer Weg." If you turn left, you can visit the Niederfüllbach castle park with bird aviaries, playground, and exercise equipment for seniors after 100 m. The circular route continues from the intersection "Am Turnplatz-Neuer Weg" northeast along "Neuer Weg" street and then turning left and shortly after right on Amselweg eastwards out of town. Along the "Säugrom" (literally translated from Grüberisch: pig ditch), it goes to the ICE bridge. After passing under two arches, head toward Roth. Under the large ICE bridge, one gets an impression of the huge bridge structure, which is over 1 km long and stands on 16 pillars.</p> <p>On arriving in Roth, after almost 5 km, there is a nice playground and, as mentioned at the beginning, a cozy place to stop.</p>

La fin du village monte en pente raide. Lorsqu’on arrive à une place graveleuse, on tourne à droite, le chemin est brièvement goudronné.</p> <p>On continue sur ce chemin derrière la colline ICE vers l’ouest, jusqu’à ce qu’un petit sentier se détache à droite. On le prend et après environ 100 m on arrive au point de vue bien visible sur la colline ICE (360 m d’altitude). On y trouve des informations sur le projet de la DB et une vue magnifique sur le pont ICE depuis le haut ; au nord-est se trouve Grub am Forst dans la vallée de Füllbach.</p> <p>Le retour se fait par le petit sentier, puis on suit le chemin de campagne en direction de Niederfüllbach (ouest). Après un petit virage vers le sud, un chemin à droite mène à la lisière de la forêt, puis à gauche dans une magnifique hêtraie. Le chemin se termine à la rue „Am Turnplatz“. Cette rue aboutit après un court tronçon au „Neuen Weg“. En tournant à gauche, on peut visiter après 100 m le parc du château de Niederfüllbach, avec volières à oiseaux, aire de jeux et appareils d'exercice pour seniors. Le parcours circulaire continue à partir de l’intersection „Am Turnplatz-Neuer Weg“ vers le nord-est le long de la rue „Neuer Weg“, puis tourne à gauche et peu après à droite sur l’Amselweg en direction de la sortie du village vers l’est. Le long du „Sägroms“ (traduit littéralement du grüberisch : fossé à cochons), on se dirige vers le pont ICE. Après être passés sous deux ponts, on se dirige vers Roth. Sous le grand pont ICE, on a une impression de l’immense ouvrage qui s’étend sur plus de 1 km et repose sur 16 piliers.</p> <p>Arrivés à Roth, on trouve après presque 5 km un bel espace de jeux et, comme mentionné au début, une possibilité de restauration agréable.</p>
