Dieser Rundwanderweg führt mit ca. 1h Laufzeit und 100 Höhenmetern auf und ab durch malerischen Buchenwald. Bergab führt Sie der Weg ins Pennickental zum Fürstenbrunnen, einem Quellgebiet am Fuße der Johannisberge. Den Namen „Fürstenbrunnen“ verdankt die Quelle dem sächsischen Kurfürst Johann Friedrich I., der dort seine Jagdausflüge gemacht haben soll. Dort können Sie an Bänken eine kleine Rast einlegen, Quellwasser trinken und sich erfrischen. Gestärkt geht es nun einige Höhenmeter über Waldweg stetig bergan. Auch hier können Sie die Ruhe, das Vogelgezwitscher und das "Grün" auf sich wirken lassen.

Ce parcours circulaire dure environ 1 heure et comprend un dénivelé de 100 mètres, traversant une pittoresque hêtraie. En descente, le chemin vous mène dans la vallée de Pennickental jusqu'au Fürstenbrunnen, une source au pied des Johannisberge. La source doit son nom au prince-électeur saxon Johann Friedrich I, qui y aurait fait ses sorties de chasse. Là, vous pouvez faire une petite pause sur des bancs, boire de l'eau de source et vous rafraîchir. Revigoré, le chemin monte ensuite régulièrement en forêt de quelques mètres de dénivelé. Ici aussi, vous pouvez profiter du calme, des chants d'oiseaux et de la verdure.

This circular hiking route takes about 1 hour to complete with an elevation gain and loss of 100 meters through picturesque beech forest. Downhill, the path leads you into the Pennickental valley to the Fürstenbrunnen, a spring area at the foot of the Johannisberge mountains. The name “Fürstenbrunnen” is owed to the Saxon Elector Johann Friedrich I, who is said to have taken hunting trips there. There, you can take a short break on benches, drink spring water, and refresh yourself. Refreshed, you will now ascend steadily over the forest path by several meters. Here too, you can enjoy the calm, the birdsong, and the “green” around you.
