Le parcours de randonnée circulaire n°8 vous mène du parking de randonnée de Kunitz en montée par le chemin de la Kunitzburg jusqu'à la ruine du château de Kunitz, anciennement appelé Gleisburg, probablement datant de 1261. Depuis le chemin, vous bénéficiez à plusieurs reprises de magnifiques vues sur Kunitz et la vallée de la Saale. Sur un chemin naturel, la descente commence doucement, passant par des pins puis plus loin par des vergers avec de superbes vues sur le village de Laasan. Laasan, situé de manière idyllique entre collines et champs, est connu pour sa mairie à colombages datant du XVIIe siècle. Au bout du village, un chemin dans les champs et les prairies ramène à Kunitz, d'où vous avez une dernière belle vue vers la vallée de la Saale et la ruine du château de Kunitz.

The circular hiking trail 8 leads you from the hiking parking lot Kunitz along the Kunitzburgweg uphill to the Kunitz castle ruins, the former Gleisburg, which probably dates back to the year 1261. From the path you will repeatedly have beautiful views of Kunitz and the Saale valley. On a natural hiking trail it now goes steadily downhill, past pines and later orchards with wonderful views of the village Laasan. The idyllically situated Laasan, nestled between hills and fields, is known for its timber-framed town hall from the 17th century. At the end of the village a field and meadow path leads back to Kunitz, from where you have another beautiful view towards the Saale valley and the Kunitz castle ruins.

Der Rundwanderweg 8 führt Sie vom Wanderparkplatz Kunitz über den Kunitzburgweg bergan zur Kunitzburgruine, die einstige Gleisburg, die  wahrscheinlich aus dem Jahre 1261 stammt. Vom Weg aus haben Sie immer wieder wunderschöne Ausblicke auf Kunitz und das Saaletal. Auf einem naturnahen Wanderweg geht es nun stetig bergab, vorbei an Kiefern und später Streuobstwiesen mit tollen Ausblicken auf das Dorf Laasan. Das idyllisch gelegene Laasan, zwischen Hügeln und Feldern gebettet, ist bekannt für sein Rathaus im Fachwerkstil aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Am Ortsende führt ein Feld- und Wiesenweg zurück nach Kunitz, von wo aus Sie nochmal einen schönen Blick Richtung Saaletal und Kunitzburgruine hat.

An der großen Weggabelung am Großen Gleisberg biegt der Rundwanderweg nach rechts ab und windet sich langsam talwärts, der Markierung der SaaleHorizontale Richtung Laasan folgend. Hier haben Sie fantastische Ausblicke ins Tal von Laasan. An der Fahrstraße biegt der Wanderweg ab nach links, der SaaleHorizontale folgend nach Laasan, einem wunderschönen Dörfchen in idyllischer Lage. Das Rathaus im Fachwerkstil ist eine Besonderheit von Laasan. Am Ende des Dorfes biegt der Weg Richtung Jenzig nach rechts ab und anschließend wieder nach rechts Richtung Kunitz der gelben Markierung folgend. Le parcours longe la Kunitzburg – un détour intéressant vers la ruine du château est possible – puis passe devant la cabane de montagne. Au grand croisement sur le Großen Gleisberg, le circuit tourne à droite et serpente doucement vers la vallée, suivant le balisage de la SaaleHorizontale en direction de Laasan. Vous y aurez des vues fantastiques sur la vallée de Laasan. À la route, le chemin tourne à gauche, suivant encore la SaaleHorizontale vers Laasan, un charmant petit village au cadre idyllique. La mairie à colombages est une particularité de Laasan. À la fin du village, le chemin tourne vers Jenzig à droite, puis à nouveau à droite en direction de Kunitz selon le balisage jaune. Le parcours passe devant des champs avec vue sur la Kunitzburg et la vallée de la Saale jusqu’à Kunitz. À l’entrée du village, le chemin tourne encore à droite sur la rue « Unter dem Heuhm » et revient par la rue Laasaner jusqu’au point de départ.</p>

Am Ortseingang von Kunitz biegt der Weg erneut nach rechts auf die Straße „Unter dem Heuhm“ und führt über die Laasaner Straße zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.

Depuis Kunitz, suivez le balisage rouge en montant par le chemin de Kunitzburg, en passant par les vignobles du Grafenberg en direction de la Kunitzburg. Vous profiterez à plusieurs reprises de superbes vues sur Kunitz et la vallée de la Saale. Le parcours longe la Kunitzburg – un détour intéressant vers la ruine du château est possible – puis passe devant la cabane de montagne. Au grand croisement sur le Großen Gleisberg, le circuit tourne à droite et serpente doucement vers la vallée, suivant le balisage de la SaaleHorizontale en direction de Laasan. Vous y aurez des vues fantastiques sur la vallée de Laasan. À la route, le chemin tourne à gauche, suivant encore la SaaleHorizontale vers Laasan, un charmant petit village au cadre idyllique. La mairie à colombages est une particularité de Laasan. À la fin du village, le chemin tourne vers Jenzig à droite, puis à nouveau à droite en direction de Kunitz selon le balisage jaune. Le parcours passe devant des champs avec vue sur la Kunitzburg et la vallée de la Saale jusqu’à Kunitz. À l’entrée du village, le chemin tourne encore à droite sur la rue « Unter dem Heuhm » et revient par la rue Laasaner jusqu’au point de départ.

From Kunitz follow the red marking along the Kunitzburgweg uphill past the vineyards of Grafenberg towards Kunitzburg. Here you will have beautiful views of Kunitz and the Saale valley again and again. The circular route touches the Kunitzburg – there is a worthwhile detour to the castle ruins, then you walk past the mountain lodge. At the large fork at the Großer Gleisberg the circular hiking trail turns right and slowly winds downhill, following the marking of the SaaleHorizontale towards Laasan. Here you have fantastic views into the valley of Laasan. At the road the hiking trail turns left, following the SaaleHorizontale to Laasan, a beautiful little village in idyllic location. The timber-framed town hall is a special feature of Laasan. At the end of the village the path turns right towards Jenzig and then right again towards Kunitz following the yellow marking. It goes past fields with views to Kunitzburg and into the Saale valley back to Kunitz. At the entrance to Kunitz the path turns right again onto the street "Unter dem Heuhm" and leads over Laasaner Straße back to the starting point.
