Start der kleinen Tour ist der Sportplatz. Von hier aus geht es auf dem Gruhweg bergab zum Eingang des Tales. Wer möchte kann einen Blick auf die Vorteiche der Alten Tambacher Talsperre werfen. Kleine Highligts wie die "Beerenhöhle" mit dem "Müden Jügen", der Bielstein aus Konglomeratgestein, die Bielsteinquelle - bewacht von "Eber Horst" oder am Schluss des Weges, die Quelle am "Düsteren Rain" machen diese Wanderung nicht nur für Familien attraktiv. Bei länger anhaltendem Frost bilden sich tausende Eiszapfen an den Felswänden sowie in der "Beerenhöhle". Zudem hat man keine großen Steigungen zu erwarten. Der Weg wird in den Wintermonaten regelmäßig bei entsprechender Schneelage geräumt.

Le départ de la petite balade est au terrain de sport. De là, on descend par le Gruhweg vers l'entrée de la vallée. Ceux qui le souhaitent peuvent jeter un œil aux bassins avant de l'ancienne retenue d'eau de Tambach. Les petits points forts comme la "grotte des baies" avec le "Juif Fatigué", le Bielstein en roche conglomérat, la source de Bielstein - gardée par "Eber Horst" - ou à la fin du chemin, la source au "Düsteren Rain" rendent cette randonnée attrayante non seulement pour les familles. En cas de gel prolongé, des milliers de stalactites se forment sur les parois rocheuses ainsi que dans la "grotte des baies". De plus, il n'y a pas de grandes pentes à attendre. Le chemin est régulièrement déblayé en hiver en cas de neige adéquate.
