Die Rundwanderung startet zentral in Oberhof, an der Tourist Information. Von da gehen Sie in Richtung "Panorama Hotel", durch die Dr.-Theo-Neubauer Straße, in Richtung "Nordknoten" Oberhof. Hier verlassen Sie den Ort direkt auf den Waldweg Richtung Lütschetalsperre. Der Wanderweg leitet Sie vorbei am Breitebornsteich und der Schloßbergkanzel. Diese ist auch Pate des Rundwanderwegs. Ihre Wanderung führt Sie über gut ausgebaute Wanderwege, die oft fest geschottert sind. Hier und da führt der Weg über naturnahe Teilbereiche. Der höchste Punkt bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick bis zur Lütschetalsperre. Sie umwandern den Lärchenkopf und befinden sich dann schon auf dem Rückweg nach Oberhof. Am Lärchenkopf wurden um 1740 die ersten Lärchen als Versuchsbäume im Thüringer Wald gepflanzt. Eine gemütliche bis mittelschwere Wanderung ohne schwere Hindernisse, empfohlen als schöne Halbtagestour. Mit Kindern ist die Rundwanderung bei Oberhof empfehlenswert, aber nicht unbedingt Kinderwagentauglich.

La randonnée circulaire commence au centre d'Oberhof, à l'Office de tourisme. De là, vous vous dirigez vers l'"Hôtel Panorama", par la Dr.-Theo-Neubauer Straße, en direction du "Nordknoten" Oberhof. Ici, vous quittez la localité directement sur le chemin forestier en direction de Lütschetalsperre. Le sentier vous mène près de l'étang Breiteborn et de la Kaute Schlossbergkanzel. Celle-ci est également la marraine du sentier circulaire. Votre randonnée vous fait emprunter des sentiers bien aménagés, souvent solides et gravillonnés. Parfois, le chemin suit des parties plus naturelles. Le point le plus haut offre une vue merveilleuse sur la retenue de Lütschetalsperre. Vous faites le tour du Lärchenkopf et vous êtes déjà sur le chemin du retour vers Oberhof. Au Lärchenkopf, les premiers mélèzes ont été plantés vers 1740 comme arbres expérimentaux dans la forêt de Thuringe. Une randonnée agréable à modérée sans obstacles majeurs, recommandée comme belle randonnée pour une demi-journée. La randonnée circulaire à Oberhof est recommandée pour les enfants, mais pas forcément adaptée aux poussettes.

The circular hike starts centrally in Oberhof, at the Tourist Information. From there, head towards the "Panorama Hotel" through Dr.-Theo-Neubauer Street towards "Nordknoten" Oberhof. The highest point offers a wonderful view up to the Lütschetalsperre. You circle around the Lärchenkopf and are then already on the way back to Oberhof. The first larches were planted as experimental trees in the Thuringian Forest around 1740 at Lärchenkopf. A pleasant to moderately difficult hike without major obstacles, recommended as a nice half-day route. The circular hike near Oberhof is suitable for children but not necessarily stroller-friendly.
