Diese auch in zwei Abschnitten ab der Ortslage begehbare Tour führt durch einen äußerst ereignisreichen Teilabschnitt der Gipskarstlandschaft. Geht man im Uhrzeigersinn führt der Weg zunächst durch das Tal der Nasse nach Süden zum Forellenhof vor Wickerode. Im Bogen geht es nach Nordwest, an Waldrändern und als Kammweg mit schönen Fernblicken bis zum Kyffhäuser. Im Wald dann eine Fülle von Dolinen, Erdfällen, Uvalas, also Karsttälern, auch Karstquellen und Bachschwinden. Nach 5 km stößt der Weg an seinem höchsten Punkt auf den Karstwanderweg und führt jetzt nach Osten bis zur Queste mit ihrem Jahrhunderte altem Brauchtum des Questenfestes am Pfingstmontag. Nach insgesamt 6,3 km ist man wieder unten in der historischen Ortslage mit dem hölzernen Roland. Hier bietet sich eine Stärkung im Gasthaus „Zur Queste“ an, um den zweiten Teil der Tour zu gehen. Zunächst führt ein Stichweg zur Ruine der Questenburg. Dann geht es auf dem Feldweg nach Osten zur eindrucksvollen Dinsterbachschwinde (km 8,3). Hier versiegt der von Nordost kommende Dinsterbach unter einer mächtigen Felswand aus oft nachbrechenden Gipsfelsen. Der weitere Weg quert den Dinsterbach mit interessantem geologischen Aufschluss der dortigen Gesteine. Nach Süden ins Borntal und Westen geht es wieder an Waldrändern entlang und führt mit einem letzten Aufstieg durch den Wald in die wild verkarstete Anhöhe des Hohen Kopfes. Als Krumme Trift geht es nun hinab zum Parkplatz in Questenberg. Im Gasthaus „Zur Queste“ liegen Broschüren bereit, die die Burg mit ihrer Sage, das Questenfest, die Schwinden und die Karstlandschaft mit ihrer Vegetation ausführlich beschreiben.

Ce parcours, également accessible en deux sections depuis le centre du village, traverse une partie extrêmement riche en événements du paysage karstique de gypse. En suivant le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, le chemin mène d'abord par la vallée de la Nasse vers le sud jusqu'à la ferme piscicole devant Wickerode. Ensuite, en arc de cercle, il va vers le nord-ouest le long des lisières de forêt et en tant que chemin de crête avec de belles vues lointaines jusqu'au Kyffhäuser. En forêt, on trouve une abondance de dolines, affaissements, uvalas, c’est-à-dire des vallées karstiques, ainsi que des sources karstiques et des pertes de ruisseau. Après 5 km, le sentier rejoint à son point culminant le sentier karstique et poursuit maintenant vers l'est jusqu'à la Queste avec sa tradition centenaire de la fête de la Queste au lundi de Pentecôte. Après un total de 6,3 km, on est de nouveau au centre historique du village avec le Roland en bois. Il est possible ici de se restaurer à l'auberge „Zur Queste“ avant d’entamer la deuxième partie du parcours. Un chemin d'accès mène d'abord aux ruines de la Questenburg. Ensuite, le chemin de campagne continue vers l’est jusqu'à l’impressionnante perte du Dinsterbach (km 8,3). Ici, le Dinsterbach, venant du nord-est, disparaît sous une imposante paroi rocheuse composée de gypse qui se fissure souvent. Le chemin traverse ensuite le Dinsterbach avec une intéressante coupe géologique des roches locales. Vers le sud, dans la vallée de Born, puis vers l’ouest, il longe à nouveau les lisières forestières et mène, avec une dernière montée à travers la forêt, au plateau karstique sauvage du Hoher Kopf. En suivant la Krumme Trift, le chemin descend ensuite vers le parking à Questenberg. À l'auberge „Zur Queste“, des brochures détaillant le château et sa légende, la fête de la Queste, les pertes et le paysage karstique avec sa végétation sont disponibles.

This route, which can also be walked in two sections from the village, leads through an extremely eventful section of the gypsum karst landscape. Walking clockwise, the path initially goes through the valley of the Nasse to the south to the Forellenhof near Wickerode. It then arcs northwest along forest edges and as a ridge path with beautiful panoramic views to the Kyffhäuser. In the forest there is an abundance of dolines, sinkholes, uvalas, i.e., karst valleys, as well as karst springs and losing streams. After 5 km, the path meets the Karstwanderweg at its highest point and now leads east to the Queste with its centuries-old tradition of the Questen Festival on Whit Monday. After a total of 6.3 km, you return to the historic village center with the wooden Roland. Here, a refreshment at the inn "Zur Queste" is recommended before continuing with the second part of the route. Initially, a side path leads to the ruins of Questenburg. Then it goes east on a country road to the impressive Dinsterbachschwinde (km 8.3). Here, the Dinsterbach coming from the northeast disappears beneath a mighty rock face made of often breaking gypsum rocks. The further path crosses the Dinsterbach with an interesting geological outcrop of the local rocks. South into the Borntal and westwards, the path continues along forest edges and leads with a final climb through the forest onto the wildly karstified height of the Hoher Kopf. As Krumme Trift, it now goes down to the parking lot in Questenberg.
