Experience nature - varied route through mixed forest and extensive meadows with views up to the Schneekopf and the village in a zone of the UNESCO Thuringian Forest Biosphere Reserve The classic terrain treatment is a special offer for exercise therapy in the air spa town of Stützerbach. It is characterized by selectable load, full-body training, outdoor stay combined with experiencing nature and is carried out by normal or brisk walking. The terrain therapy results in normalization of the vegetative functions of the organism: the cardiovascular system works more economically, breathing activity is stimulated, muscles, joints, and ligaments are strengthened. The terrain treatment is especially an offer for health tourists for active prevention. Our training routes are designed as circular routes. Therefore, they enable a varied training program regarding training duration and intensity. Combined with experiencing nature and climate exposure. Performance requirements for the terrain treatment: Category 1: demanding path 75 watts Terrain treatment routes should be walked briskly; that is, on flat sections at a speed of about 4.5 km/h. This decreases according to the path inclination. Lower loads are achieved by normal walking, i.e. up to 4.0 km/h.

Elle se caractérise par une charge sélectionnable, un entraînement complet du corps, un séjour en plein air combiné à l'expérience du paysage, et est réalisée par une marche normale ou rapide. La thérapie terrain normalise les fonctions végétatives de l'organisme : le système cardio-vasculaire travaille plus efficacement, la respiration est stimulée, les muscles, articulations et ligaments sont renforcés. La cure terrain est une offre de prévention active spécifiquement pour les touristes de santé. Nos parcours d'entraînement sont conçus comme des boucles. Ils permettent ainsi un programme d'entraînement varié, en termes de durée et d'intensité. Combiné à l'expérience du paysage et à l'exposition climatique. Exigences de performance pour la cure terrain : Catégorie 1 : chemin exigeant 75 watts Les parcours de cure terrain doivent être parcourus rapidement, c’est-à-dire sur les sections plates à une vitesse d'environ 4,5 km/h. Sie zeichnet sich durch auswählbare Belastung, Ganzkörpertraining, Freiluftaufenthalt kombiniert mit Landschaftserleben aus und wird durch normales bzw. zügiges Gehen durchgeführt. Die Terraintherapie bewirkt eine Normalisierung der vegetativen Funktionen des Organismus: das Herz-Kreislaufsystem arbeitet ökonomischer, die Atemtätigkeit wird angeregt, Muskel, Gelenke und Bänder werden gekräftigt. Die Terrainkur ist gerade für Gesundheitstouristen ein Angebot zur aktiven Prävention. Unser Trainingsstrecken sind als Rundweg konzipiert. Sie ermöglichen deshalb ein abwechslungsreiches Trainingsprogramm, hinsichtlich Trainingsdauer- und Intensität. Kombiniert mit Landschaftserleben und Klimaexposition. Leistungsanforderungen für die Terrainkur: Kategorie 1: fordernder Weg  75 Watt Terrainkurwege sollen forciert gegangen werden, d.h. auf flachen Teilstrecken mit einer Geschwindigkeit von ca.4,5km/h. Diese verringert sich entsprechend der Wegeinklination. Niedrige Belastungen werden durch normales Gehen, d.h. bis 4,0 km/h erzielt.
