Vom Freizeitgeländes Lüttertal folgen wir dem blauen Nordic Walking Symbol. Es geht vorbei an den Sport- und Tennisplätzen, auf einem idylischen Wiesenpfad in das Tal der Lütter. An der zweiten Abzweigung wird das Bächlein rechts über eine Brücke überquert. Anschließend geht der Weg links in Richtung Rodholz. Am Ortsausgang biegt der Weg links hinunter zu den Fischteichen, durch das Waldgebiet Farnliede. Nach ca. 2 km erreicht man den Ortsteil Tränkhof. Am Ortsausgang zweigt der Weg nach rechts ab und nach ca. 2 km erreicht man wieder Poppenhausen (Wasserkuppe)

Depuis l’espace de loisirs de la vallée de Lütter, nous suivons le symbole bleu de marche nordique. Le parcours passe à côté des terrains de sport et de tennis, puis s’avance sur un sentier herbeux pittoresque jusqu’à la vallée de Lütter. Au deuxième embranchement, un ruisseau est franchi par une passerelle à droite. Ensuite, le chemin tourne à gauche en direction de Rodholz. À la sortie du village, le chemin descend à gauche vers les étangs de pêche, à travers la forêt de Farnliede. Après environ 2 km, on atteint le quartier Tränkhof. À la sortie du village, le chemin bifurque à droite et, après environ 2 km, on revient à Poppenhausen (Wasserkuppe).

From the Lüttertal recreational area we follow the blue Nordic Walking symbol. It goes past the sports and tennis courts on an idyllic meadow path into the valley of the Lütter. At the second junction, the small brook is crossed on a bridge to the right. Then the path goes left in direction Rodholz. At the town exit, the path turns left down to the fish ponds, through the forest area Farnliede. After about 2 km you reach the district Tränkof. At the town exit, the path branches to the right and after about 2 km you reach Poppenhausen (Wasserkuppe) again.

In Poppenhausen biegt man links auf die Burgstraße ab und kurz später rechts auf die Groenhoffstraße. Kurz vor dem Ortsausgang biegt man den Sebastian-Kneipp-Weg ein, an welchem direkt auf der linken Seite der Parkplatz liegt.

On quitte l’A66 par la sortie 54 Eichenzell, puis on prend la L3307 en direction de Rönshausen / Poppenhausen. À Weyhers, on tourne à droite sur la rue Fuldaer Straße, puis à la sortie du village, à gauche dans la rue Lüttertal (L3307). Par cette route, on atteint Poppenhausen. À Poppenhausen, on tourne à gauche sur la rue Burgstraße, puis peu après à droite sur la Groenhoffstraße. Peu avant la sortie du village, on tourne dans le chemin Sebastian-Kneipp-Weg, où se trouve directement à gauche le parking.
