Die Stationen sind mit Bewegungssymbol und Anleitungstafeln sowie einer Erklärung zu den jeweiligen Übungen versehen. Am Jahnstein laden Bänke zum Verweilen mit schönem Blick auf Zella-Mehlis ein.  Auch für Spaziergänger ohne sportliche Ambitionen bietet sich dieser Weg an, um eine kleine, entspannte Runde zu laufen. Zum Parkplatz zurück über den gleichen Weg oder die Straße Hammerrödchen und durch den Ortskern Mehlis bis zur Louis-Anschütz-Straße.

Les stations sont munies de symboles de mouvement et de panneaux d'instructions ainsi que d'explications sur les exercices respectifs. Au Jahnstein, des bancs invitent à la pause avec une belle vue sur Zella-Mehlis. Même pour les promeneurs sans ambitions sportives, ce chemin permet de faire un petit parcours relaxant. Retour au parking par le même chemin ou par la rue Hammerrödchen et à travers le centre de Mehlis jusqu'à Louis-Anschütz-Straße.
