Beginnend am Stachelsrain führt der Lehrpfad durch artenreichen Mischwald und vorbei an einer naturnahen Bergwiese. Auf den informativen Schautafeln können Jung und Alt mit Sicherheit noch einiges Neues erfahren. An der schönsten und sonnigsten Stelle des Pfades lädt eine Sitzgruppe in der großen Wiesenkurve zu einer gemütlichen Rast ein. Weiter durch den schattigen Wald gelangt man an den Endpunkt des Pfades und kann von hier aus beliebig die Tour erweitern. Empfehlenswert sind der Aufsteig zum Ruppberg oder eine Verknüpfung mit dem Trimm-Dich-Pfad.

En partant de Stachelsrain, le sentier didactique traverse une forêt mixte riche en espèces et passe près d'une prairie de montagne naturelle. Sur les panneaux informatifs, petits et grands peuvent certainement apprendre encore beaucoup de choses nouvelles. À l'endroit le plus beau et le plus ensoleillé du sentier, un groupe de sièges dans la grande courbe de prairie invite à une pause confortable. En continuant à travers la forêt ombragée, on atteint la fin du sentier, d'où il est possible d'élargir librement la balade. La montée au Ruppberg ou une connexion avec le sentier de remise en forme sont recommandées.

Starting at Stachelsrain, the nature trail leads through species-rich mixed forest and past a near-natural mountain meadow. Young and old can certainly learn something new on the informative display boards. At the most beautiful and sunniest spot of the trail, a seating area in the large meadow curve invites you to a cozy rest. Further through the shady forest you reach the endpoint of the trail and can extend the route at will from here. Recommended are the ascent to Ruppberg or a connection with the fitness trail.
