Über Monitore und Text werden Informationen vor diesen Räumen vermittelt. Auch die Ausstellung im Laubengang des historischen Innenhofs ist nur über Treppen zugänglich. Es werden Führungen für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung und Rollstuhlfahrer angeboten. Es ist eine Voranmeldung notwendig. Die gesamte Route der Führung für Rollstuhlfahrer ist stufenlos.
