Vom Start führt der Weg rechts entlang am Bogenschießplatz bis zur Straße "Am Freizeitpark", anschl. nach rechts nach 120 m talwärts in Richtung Friedrichroda, vom Waldrand nach kurzem Anstieg links abbiegen entlang der Wiesen bis zum nächsten Wegweiser, anschl. steil ansteigend durch den Hochwald bis zur nächsten Erhebung, wo sich links ein Rasenweg befindet, nach ca. 285 m führt der Weg talwärts zurück zum Startpunkt.

Depuis le départ, le chemin suit à droite le stand de tir à l'arc jusqu'à la rue "Au parc de loisirs", puis tourne à droite après 120 m vers la vallée en direction de Friedrichroda, à la lisière de la forêt tourner à gauche après une courte montée en suivant les prés jusqu'au prochain panneau, puis monter en pente raide à travers la forêt jusqu'à la prochaine élévation, où se trouve à gauche un chemin herbeux, après environ 285 m, le chemin redescend vers le point de départ.

From the start the path leads right along the archery range to the street "Am Freizeitpark", then turn right and after 120 m head down the valley towards Friedrichroda, turn left from the forest edge after a short ascent along the meadows to the next signpost, then steeply ascending through the high forest to the next elevation where a grassy path is on the left, after approx. 285 m the path leads downhill back to the starting point.
