Ihre Radwanderung startet am historischen Rathaus in Duderstadt und führt durch die Stadtmauer und den Ringwall Richtung ehemalige Landwehr. Im ersten Abschnitt entdecken Sie die noch erhaltene Sulbergwarte. Die Euzenbergwarte ist heute ein Turm mit Kreuz und die Pferdebergwarte ist noch als Erdwall erkennbar. Dazwischen liegen die Dörfer Mingerode, Westerode und Tiftlingerode. Am Pferdeberg steht zudem ein neuzeitlicher Beobachtungsturm mit Blick zur ehemaligen deutsch-deutschen Grenze Richtung Obereichsfeld. Kurz darauf erreichen Sie den Beobachtungsturm Btv 4,2 x 4,2 m auf Thüringer Gebiet zur Grenzüberwachung in der DDR. Empfehlenswert ist hier ein Zwischenstopp am Grenzlandmuseum Eichsfeld. Anschließend fahren Sie über Gerblingerode zurück nach Duderstadt.

Votre balade à vélo commence à l'hôtel de ville historique de Duderstadt et passe par la muraille de la ville et le rempart circulaire en direction de l'ancienne Landwehr. Your bike tour starts at the historic town hall in Duderstadt and leads through the city wall and ring earthwork towards the former border defense. In between lie the villages of Mingerode, Westerode and Tiftlingerode. At Pferdeberg there is also a modern observation tower with a view to the former inner-German border towards Obereichsfeld. Soon after you will reach the observation tower Btv 4.2 x 4.2 m in Thuringian territory for border surveillance in the GDR. A stop at the Borderland Museum Eichsfeld is recommended here. Afterwards you will ride via Gerblingerode back to Duderstadt.
