Eine beliebte und gut besuchte Loipe in der Rhön ist die Alte Reichstraße. Über offene Wiesen und durch verzauberte Wälder führt diese Strecke vom Wanderparkplatz Schwedenwall durch ein schönes Waldgebiet in Richtung des Roten Moores. Das dortige NABU-Haus kann zur Einkehr über einen kleinen Abstecher erreicht werden.  Weiter führt der Weg durch das Rote Moor und im Wechselspiel von Wald und Wiesen bis zur Fuldaquelle auf der Wasserkuppe. Auch dort gibt es wieder Einkehrmöglichkeiten, die über einen kurzen Fußweg oder die Grumbachloipe (klassisch) und das Flugfeld (klassisch/skating) mit einer zusätzlichen Runde erreicht werden können.

A popular and well-frequented cross-country ski trail in the Rhön is the Alte Reichstraße. Over open meadows and through enchanted forests, this trail leads from the Schwedenwall hiking car park through a beautiful forest area in the direction of the Red Moor. The NABU house there can be reached for a stopover via a small detour.  The path continues through the Red Moor and alternates between forest and meadows all the way to the Fulda spring on the Wasserkuppe. There are also refreshment options there, which can be reached by a short walk or the Grumbach trail (classic) and the Flugfeld (classic/skating) with an additional round.

Un parcours très apprécié et fréquenté dans le Rhön est la route ancienne. Cette piste mène depuis le parking de randonnée Schwedenwall à travers de magnifiques prairies ouvertes et des forêts enchantées en direction du marais Rouge. La maison NABU sur place peut être atteinte pour une pause via un petit détour.  Le chemin continue à travers le marais Rouge et alterne entre forêts et prairies jusqu'à la source de la Fulda sur la Wasserkuppe. Là aussi, il y a des possibilités de restauration, accessibles par un court chemin à pied ou par le parcours classique Grumbach et le parcours classique/skating Flugfeld avec un tour supplémentaire.

Unmittelbar danach verlässt man die Autobahn auf der zweiten folgenden Ausfahrt 53 Autobahnkreuz Fulda-Süd und fährt auf die B27 in Richtung Bad Brückenau auf. In Döllbach biegt man links in Richtung Gersfeld ab. In Gersfeld biegt man an der Kreuzung mit Ampel erneut links in Richtung Ehrenberg-Wüstensachsen ab. Kurz hinter dem Ort biegt man rechts nach Mosbach ab. Nach dem Durchqueren des Ortes liegt der Wanderparkplatz ein Stück außerhalb auf der rechten Straßenseite. Parkplätze Wasserkuppe Die Wasserkuppe kann über die A7 angefahren werden. Dazu verlässt man die Autobahn über die Ausfahrt 92 Fulda-Mitte. Anschließend fährt man auf die B458 auf. Hinter dem Grabenhöfchen folgt man der Ausschilderung in Richtung Wasserkuppe. Dazu fährt man auf die L3068. Auf dieser Straße gelangt man bis zur Wasserkuppe.

Dazu fährt man am Autobahndreieck Fulda (93) auf die <strong>A66</strong> auf. In Döllbach biegt man links in Richtung Gersfeld ab. In Gersfeld biegt man an der Kreuzung mit Ampel erneut links in Richtung Ehrenberg-Wüstensachsen ab. Kurz hinter dem Ort biegt man rechts nach Mosbach ab. Nach dem Durchqueren des Ortes liegt der Wanderparkplatz ein Stück außerhalb auf der rechten Straßenseite.</p> <p><strong>Parkplätze Wasserkuppe</strong></p> <p>Die Wasserkuppe kann über die <strong>A7</strong> angefahren werden. Dazu verlässt man die Autobahn über die Ausfahrt 92 Fulda-Mitte. Anschließend fährt man auf die B458 auf. Hinter dem Grabenhöfchen folgt man der Ausschilderung in Richtung Wasserkuppe. Dazu fährt man auf die L3068. Auf dieser Straße gelangt man bis zur Wasserkuppe.</p>

Cette route mène jusqu'à la Wasserkuppe.</p>
