An der idyllischen Geiselquelle, die von alten Kastanien beschattet wird, beginnt und endet der Rundweg Müchelholz. Am Anfang des Weges steht die spätromanische Kirche St. Micheln, die zur Straße der Romanik in Sachsen-Anhalt gehört. Die Kirche St. Micheln lässt sich kaum schöner als in einem Gedicht des Kaufmanns Willy Arndtz beschreiben, das dieser im Jahr 1928 verfasst hat: „Auf dem Berg an höchster Stelle Steht das Kirchlein alt und grau. Unter sich die Geiselquelle Über sich des Himmels Blau.“ Der abwechslungsreiche Weg führt über Wiesen, entlang der Waldkante und durch den Wald. Zum Abschluss kehren Sie wieder zurück zur Geiselquelle. Ein erfrischendes Vergnügen birgt das Wassertreten an diesem schönen Ort.
