Wunderschöne Fern- und Ortsansichten, abwechlungsreiche Auf- und Abstiege, ein ansehenswerter Baumbestand, interessante Fauna und Flora und einmalige Rastplätze zum Verweilen, sind die Superlative, die dem aufmerksamen Touri, (aber auch dem Einheimischen), auf einer nicht ganz einfachen Rundtour, angeboten werden.  Neben den Einstiegen im Orten Kraja und Sollstedt,  kann der Weg auch in kleinen Abschnitten gewandert werden.
