Die Wanderung beginnt am Parkplatz Milseburg und führt zunächst zum alten Delzenhof, vorbei an der Turmburg auf dem Liedenküppel. Am Westhang der Milseburg, geprägt von alten Buchenbeständen und dem imposanten Geröllfeld, verläuft der Weg über den Himmelsschauplatz Danzwiesen bis zum Beginn des Ringwalls. Ein Abstecher zur rekonstruierten Mauer am archäologischen Lehrpfad Milseburg lohnt sich besonders. Zum Abschluss führt ein kurzer, aber intensiver Aufstieg über das Gipfelkreuz der Milseburg zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

The hike begins at the Milseburg parking lot and initially leads to the old Delzenhof, past the tower castle on the Liedenküppel. On the west slope of the Milseburg, characterized by old beech stands and the impressive scree field, the path runs over the Himmelsschauplatz Danzwiesen to the start of the ring wall. A detour to the reconstructed wall on the Milseburg archaeological nature trail is especially worthwhile. Finally, a short but steep ascent over the summit cross of the Milseburg leads back to the starting point.

La randonnée commence au parking de Milseburg et mène d'abord à l'ancien Delzenhof, puis passe par la tour du Liedenküppel. Sur le versant ouest de la Milseburg, marqué par d'anciens bosquets de hêtres et un impressionnant champ de cailloux, le chemin va jusqu'au lieu d'observation céleste Danzwiesen et au début du rempart circulaire. Une excursion au mur reconstitué du sentier pédagogique archéologique de Milseburg vaut particulièrement la peine. Enfin, une courte mais intense montée par la croix sommitale de la Milseburg ramène au point de départ.
