Ein Wald wie aus einer anderen Zeit: Im Diebsgrund bei Muldenhammer erhebt sich ein fast 240 Jahre alter Fichtenbestand – die ältesten Fichten Sachsens. Mächtige Baumriesen mit schlanken Kronen bilden ein einzigartiges Naturdenkmal, das dank behutsamer Forstwirtschaft bis heute erhalten blieb. Der etwa 700 m lange Rundweg im Naturschutzgebiet »Drei Bächel« führt zu fünf markanten Baumstandorten und wird von Infotafeln begleitet. Eine Blockhütte sowie eine Sitzgruppe laden dazu ein, eine Pause einzulegen und die besondere Atmosphäre dieses urwüchsigen Waldes in Ruhe auf sich wirken zu lassen. Ein stilles Naturerlebnis voller Geschichte und Schönheit.

A forest from another time: In the Diebsgrund near Muldenhammer rises an almost 240-year-old spruce stand – the oldest spruces in Saxony. Mighty tree giants with slender crowns form a unique natural monument, which has been preserved to this day thanks to careful forestry. The approximately 700 m long circular path in the nature reserve »Drei Bächel« leads to five prominent tree locations and is accompanied by information boards. A log cabin and a seating area invite you to take a break and quietly absorb the special atmosphere of this primeval forest. A quiet nature experience full of history and beauty.

Une forêt comme sortie d'un autre temps : à Diebsgrund près de Muldenhammer s'élève un peuplement de sapins vieux de près de 240 ans – les plus vieux sapins de Saxe. Des géants majestueux aux cimes élancées forment un monument naturel unique, qui a été préservé jusqu'à aujourd'hui grâce à une gestion forestière prudente. Le sentier circulaire d'environ 700 m dans la réserve naturelle « Drei Bächel » mène à cinq sites d'arbres remarquables et est accompagné de panneaux d'information. Une hutte en rondins ainsi qu'un groupe de sièges invitent à faire une pause et à laisser l'atmosphère particulière de cette forêt primitive vous imprégner tranquillement.
