Auf dem rund zwei Kilometer langen Fledermauspfad erfährst du, wie faszinierend die nachtaktiven Tiere leben und welchen Beitrag sie für das ökologische Gleichgewicht leisten. Der Themenpfad verbindet das Biosphären-Infozentrum der Propstei Zella/Rhön mit dem Fledermausdorf Neidhartshausen. Der von Hecken gesäumte Weg führt über einen Feldweg und ein Teilstück des Feldatalradweges. An fünf Stationen wird erklärt, wie Fledermäuse jagen, sich orientieren und wo sie Unterschlupf finden. Auch Neidhartshausen widmet sich den lautlosen Jägern: Rund 800 Fledermäuse nutzen im Sommer das Kirchendach als Wochenstube. Doch auch in den Nistkästen in Fachwerkoptik finden sie ein Zuhause. Informationstafeln und kreative Holzkunstelemente vermitteln Wissen leicht und verständlich. Besonders Familien bietet der Fledermauspfad einen spannenden Einstieg in die Welt der Nachtschwärmer. Der Fledermauspfad verbindet Natur und Dorfleben und fördert die Achtsamkeit für unsere kleinsten Rhön-Bewohner.

On the approximately two-kilometer-long bat trail, you learn how fascinating the nocturnal animals' lives are and what contribution they make to ecological balance. The thematic trail connects the Biosphere Information Center of the Propstei Zella/Rhön with the bat village of Neidhartshausen. The hedge-lined path leads over a field path and a section of the Feldatal bike trail. At five stations, it is explained how bats hunt, orient themselves, and where they find shelter. Neidhartshausen also dedicates itself to the silent hunters: Around 800 bats use the church roof in summer as a nursery colony. But they also find a home in nest boxes designed in a half-timbered style. Information boards and creative wooden art elements convey knowledge in an easy and understandable way. The bat trail offers families a fascinating introduction to the world of nocturnal creatures. The bat trail connects nature and village life and promotes mindfulness towards our smallest Rhön residents.

Le sentier thématique relie le centre d'information de la biosphère de la Propstei Zella/Rhön au village des chauves-souris de Neidhartshausen. Bordé de haies, le chemin traverse un sentier agricole et un tronçon de la piste cyclable du Feldatal. Cinq stations expliquent comment les chauves-souris chassent, s'orientent et où elles trouvent refuge. Neidhartshausen rend aussi hommage à ces chasseurs silencieux : environ 800 chauves-souris utilisent en été le toit de l'église comme nurserie. Mais elles trouvent également refuge dans des nichoirs en bois typiques à colombages.
