The hike to the Mutterglashütte in Langenbach promises an experience for all history lovers and nature enthusiasts. On this tour, you can expect breathtaking landscapes, interesting key points, and small peaceful spots that will make every hiking heart beat faster. The hike starts at the hiking parking lot in the picturesque village of Schönbrunn. From there, the path first leads through a hilly forest area rich in native flora and fauna. After about 1 kilometer, you reach the first viewpoint, which offers a spectacular view of the village and the surrounding mountains. Here you can take a short break and enjoy the fresh air as well as the wonderful nature. A small drinking or cooling break for your animal companion is possible at the small stream. The path continues through a mystical dense deciduous and coniferous forest. At the peak of the tour, the rest area at the Ilme invites you to take a break and offers another view of the local forests. Now it's only downhill towards a small rest area directly on the Steinberg. From here you have a beautiful panoramic view of the idyllic mountain village Langenbach. Going downhill, the path now leads directly into the center of the village and to the historic Mutterglashütte. This was built in the year 2025 and offers, through its museum display, a meeting point for young and old. Those who want to continue walking follow the signs towards the natural theater in Steinbach and thus directly onto the Frankenblick circular hiking trail.

La randonnée commence au parking de randonnée dans le pittoresque village de Schönbrunn. De là, le chemin traverse d'abord une zone boisée vallonnée, riche en flore et faune locales. Après environ 1 kilomètre, vous atteignez le premier point de vue, offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le village et les montagnes environnantes. Vous pouvez y faire une courte pause pour profiter de l'air frais et de la nature magnifique. Une petite pause boisson ou une rafraîchissement pour votre compagnon à quatre pattes est possible au petit cours d'eau. Le chemin continue à travers une forêt dense et mystique composée de feuillus et de conifères. Au point culminant de la randonnée, l'aire de repos à Ilme invite à se reposer et offre une autre vue sur les forêts locales. Ensuite, la descente mène à une petite aire de repos directement sur le Steinberg. De là, une vue panoramique magnifique sur le village de montagne idyllique de Langenbach s'offre à vous. Ensuite, le chemin descend directement vers le centre du village et la Mutterglashütte historique. Celle-ci a été construite en 2025 et, par sa présentation muséale, constitue un point de rencontre pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes. Ceux qui souhaitent continuer peuvent suivre la signalisation vers le théâtre naturel à Steinbach, menant directement au sentier circulaire Frankenblick.

Die Wanderung zur Mutterglashütte in Langenbach verspricht ein Erlebnis für alle historisch Interessierten und Naturbegeisterten. Auf dieser Tour erwarten euch atemberaubende Landschaften, interessante Schlüsselstellen und  kleine Ruheoasen, die jedes Wanderherz höherschlagen lassen. Die Wanderung beginnt am Wanderparkplatz im malerischen Ort Schönbrunn. Von dort aus führt der Weg zunächst durch ein hügeliges Waldgebiet, das reich an einheimischer Flora und Fauna ist. Nach etwa 1 Kilometern erreicht ihr den ersten Aussichtspunkt, der einen spektakulären Blick auf das Dorf und seinem umliegende Gebirge bietet. Hier könnt ihr eine kurze Pause einlegen und die frische Luft sowie die herrliche Natur genießen. Eine kleine Trinkpause oder Abkühlung für euren tierischen Begleiter ist am kleinen Flußlauf möglich. Der Weg verläuft weiter durch einen mystischen dichten Laub- und Nadelwald. Auf dem Höhepunkt der Tour lädt der Rastplatz an der Ilme zum Verschnaufen ein und bietet einen weiteren Ausblick auf die heimischen Wälder. Nun gehts nur noch Bergab in Richtung eines kleinen Rastplatzes direkt auf dem Steinberg. Von hier aus bietet sich ein wunderschöner Panoramablick auf das idylisch gelegene Bergdorf Langenbach. Bergab führt der Weg nun direkt ins Zentrum des Dorfes und zur historischen Mutterglashütte. Diese wurde im Jahr 2025 errichtet und bietet durch ihre museale Darstellung ein Treffpunkt für Jung und Alt. Wer weiter laufen möchte, folgt der Beschilderung in Richtung Naturtheater nach Steinbach und stößt somit direkt auf den Rundwanderweg Frankenblick.
