* The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
left and right of the toilet at least 86 cm x 70 cm.
* There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
* The sink is wheelchair compatible.
* The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
* An alarm trigger is available. |

Alle prüfrelevanten Bereiche erfüllen die Qualitätskriterien der Kennzeichnung „Barrierefreiheit geprüft – teilweise barrierefrei für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung und Rollstuhlfahrer“.
Einige Hinweise zur Barrierefreiheit haben wir nachfolgend zusammengestellt. Detaillierte Angaben finden Sie im Prüfbericht.
* Es gibt einen gekennzeichneten Parkplatz für Menschen mit Behinderung (Stellplatzgröße: 380 cm x 530 cm).
* Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haupteingang ist 50 m lang. Er ist leicht begeh- und befahrbar und hat eine maximale Längsneigung von 11 % über eine Strecke von 20 m.
* Das Gebäude ist stufenlos zugänglich.
* Alle für den Gast nutzbaren und erhobenen Räume und Einrichtungen sind stufenlos oder über einen Aufzug und einen Treppenplattformlift zugänglich.
* Die Plattform des Treppenlifts ist 88 cm x 123 cm groß.
* Die Aufzugkabine ist 108 cm x 138 cm groß.
* Alle für den Gast nutzbaren und erhobenen Türen/Durchgänge sind mindestens 90 cm breit.
* Die Rezeption ist an der niedrigsten Stelle 80 cm hoch.
* Im Speiseraum sind drei unterfahrbare Tische vorhanden (Maximalhöhe 80 cm, Unterfahrbarkeit in einer Höhe von 67 cm und einer Tiefe von 30 cm).
ZIMMER WALDMAUS 1
* Es gibt ein weiteres baugleiches Zimmer. Das Zimmer Waldmaus 2 ist spiegelverkehrt und weist nahezu die gleichen Bewegungsflächen auf.
* Es sind Einzelzimmer. Die Mehrbettzimmer sind nur über Treppen erreichbar.
* Die Bewegungsflächen betragen:
vor wesentlichen Einrichtungsgegenständen (z.B. Schränken) 168 cm x 305 cm;
links neben dem Bett 168 cm x 305 cm; rechts steht das Bett an der Wand.
* Das Bett ist 45 cm hoch.
* Die Bewegungsflächen im Badezimmer betragen:
vor dem Waschbecken und vor dem WC 145 cm x 170 cm;
links neben dem WC 22 cm x 70 cm; rechts neben dem WC 138 cm x 70 cm.
* Es sind links und rechts vom WC Haltegriffe vorhanden.
* Beide Haltegriffe sind hochklappbar.
* Das Waschbecken ist unterfahrbar in einer Höhe von 67 cm und einer Tiefe von mindestens 30 cm.
* Der Spiegel ist im Sitzen und Stehen einsehbar.
* Die Dusche ist schwellenlos zugänglich und 150 cm x 138 cm groß.
* Es sind Haltegriffe in der Dusche vorhanden.
* Es ist ein Duschsitz vorhanden oder kann bei Bedarf bereitgestellt werden (fest installiert, klappbar, einhängbar oder mobil und stabil).
* Es ist ein Alarmauslöser vorhanden.
ÖFFENTLICHES WC FÜR MENSCHEN MIT BEHINDERUNG
* Die Bewegungsflächen betragen:
vor/hinter der Tür, vor dem WC und vor dem Waschbecken mindestens 150 cm x 150 cm;
links und rechts neben dem WC mindestens 86 cm x 70 cm.
* Es sind links und rechts vom WC Haltegriffe vorhanden. Die Haltegriffe sind hochklappbar.
* Das Waschbecken ist unterfahrbar.
* Der Spiegel ist im Stehen und Sitzen einsehbar.
* Es ist ein Alarmauslöser vorhanden. |
